This home is located in the beloved Waterfront Greens Community where there is access to many perks including tennis courts, and the par-3 golf-course only walking distance away. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with stunning sleek yet modern mountain- style décor. Wake up feeling refreshed, put on a hot cup of coffee and head out onto the back deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air before starting your day. There are so many activities to do no matter the season! Rent a boat and spend the day on the lake or walk a short distance down to the lake and relax in the sun or splash in the water. On a cold day pack up for a day spent shredding the slopes or drive over to the Deep Creek Fun Zone and have some family fun playing arcade games. After a fun filled day head back to enjoy the many amenities the home has to offer! Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool or relax those muscles in the warm bubbles of the hot tub. There are a plethora of games throughout the home for a family game night including a pool table and arcade games. The Tippy Canoe is a great house. There’s lots of things to keep everyone entertained. Very peaceful neighborhood. Minimal traffic which allowed the kids to ride their bikes in the neighborhood. Wish there was a beach area in the community and check in/check out times were different but we still had a wonderful time.

Overall we loved the house!! We are actually thinking about coming back in 2024. One of the main reasons we booked this home was for the pool and the movie theatre. Unfortunately we were unable to utilize the pool during our stay which was a huge disappointment. For our movie night the screen was blurry and we had to download the Xfinity app to watch the Final Four game; however Saturday morning the tech people came and fixed the cable as well as the blurriness. Hopefully for the next renters everything will be up and running.

We had a great time at The Tippy Canoe! Due to an unfortunate event at the house we originally booked, Railey Vacations were very nice and relocated us to this home, and we couldn't have been any happier. The house was beautiful and very clean! The pool was great and we spent most of the weekend enjoying it. There was so much to do that we didn't leave the house all weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved that there were two of each of the appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher). We would definitely book this home again!

We were the first group to stay at this house so we weren't exactly sure what to expect, but this house did not disappoint in any way! Every bedroom has it's own bathroom so nobody had to share. The kitchen was well stocked and had nice size pantries with a room off of the kitchen to store boxes/bags/coolers etc. Flat driveway and flat backyard overlooking the par 3 golf course was a perfect setting. Lot's of seating inside and outside for our big group. Our favorite part was the gas fireplace on the deck, which we certainly took advantage of. Great theatre room, pool and 2 Arcade games were certainly a hit for the kids (and adults)!
