Our expansive Property Services facility is located in Oakland, and houses many of our biggest departments here at Railey Vacations. Out Property managers, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and hot tubs/pool services departments are all located here. By offering these services in-house and training our Railey team members to be experts in these fields, we can offer quality home care at a lower price point!

Hot Tubs/Pools

You are likely familiar with our housekeeping and laundry services. They are the ones that keep our homes tidy and full of clean towels and sheets. There is nothing more important than the cleanliness and housekeeping of your vacation home. Our housekeeping staff prides themselves on preparing each unit for each guests' arrival. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned and prepared with fresh linens. When guests open the doors to your rental, they will immediately feel comfortable and at home. Our hot tub/pools and maintenance departments are the guys who help maintain and repair your favorite home amenities. Guests and homeowners can call us with any issues that may arise during their stays; our maintenance team is always happy to come out and make repairs and inspect the home as needed.

Additionally, our hot tub/pool technicians make regularly scheduled visits to the home to assure the proper working condition of all hot tubs and pools. We know that the use of these amenities are oftentimes the highlight of a Deep Creek Lake vacation. So, we make the top-quality care and maintenance of hot tubs and pools an absolute priority among our staff. To aid in this endeavor, all hot tubs and pools are serviced immediately before and after every stay in. The technicians complete a checklist of items including chemical checks and the need for drains or fills. Each hot tub and/or pool will have a visible service tag on it so that you can see when your hot tub/pool was serviced and prepared for each arrival. All of our techs are certified pool operators and are knowledgeable about the health of your pool. 

Property Managers

One department you may not be as familiar with is our Property Managers. Although our team of Property Managers play a key role in the process of providing excellent service, they largely work behind-the-scenes as a liason with our homeowners. This key team of Property Managers is the final foot in the door before check-in and are the first people back into the home following guest departure. They are here to ensure that each and every one of our homes meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness, report any maintenance items that need fixed, and ensure that each guest experience is a good one.

Each Property Manager is assigned to an individual selection of houses, meaning that they are the experts on the ins and outs of all of our homes. They assist with answering questions about a particular home, coordinate maintenance work that needs completed, and refer marketing requests from homeowners to our marketing and website team.
