Beautiful House

The house itself was beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family and we loved family night in the theater room. The other renters that week were super nice and allowed us to use their dock because there is no dock.The downside was our swim spa was broken. We were notified it was not working approximately 30 mins before our arrival and maintenance did not arrive to fix it until 9 am on our check out date. We counted on that spa due to some family members having an allergy to the lake, so that was disappointing they were unable to utilize the spa features. Otherwise would recommend for future stays.

Lovely House with lots of amenities

We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend and loved it. We loved the swim spa. It was like having our very own pool. The kids spent so much time in it. We also loved the theater room. We brought our own Rock Bank on XBOX and stayed up late playing with the kids which never happens at home. We enjoyed watching movies in the theater room as well. Great location making it easy to get to and from shops and other attractions at Deep Creek. Of course, we loved the great view of the lake. We spent many mornings and evenings on the back deck watching lake activities. The beds are pretty hard which was disappointing for folks who like softer mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked with way more than you will ever need. The rooms were a great size and comfortably decorated. The kitchen lights are big dim would be my nit picky compliant which isn't really a compliant at all.

Nice house with great layout and plenty of room to spread out. Nice lawn and fire pit, with plenty of and things to do in the area. A few maintenance issues. The pool motor leak with inoperable jets, couldn’t be addressed while we were there. The sofa bed in media room was sticking up in the air when we arrived, maintenance came next day to bend the frame and get it closed, so we could use it as a sofa. Toilet broken in downstairs bedroom was fixed the day after arrival. The room fan in master inoperable and on order. All in all a good place for a family get together for a week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to nearby shops, and incredible views of the lake in the morning. Very spacious to accommodate our party of 8, and plenty of games to keep us busy! Would definitely recommend this stay, and will be rebooking the next time we visit the area!

We absolutely loved the house! I actually would rent it again. Brought it up to my friends and family on how wonderful the house and location were. I have two minor issues with it but like I said they are minor: The toilets were harder to flush. I felt like I always had to make sure they weren't running. The kids were scared to stay on the top bunk because they felt like it was going to break. I checked it multiple times and I did see what they meant but I didn't think it would break.

We were happy with the amenities and space of this home. If you rent this home, please be sure to read the entire email prior to arrival. They truly weren't kidding when they said to bring toilet paper, garbage bags and soaps. And while the kitchen had lots of dinnerware and serve ware, there wasn't even a sheet of foil. A Welcome bag was provided, but we did not see it until we were packing to leave.

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, but all of the beds were hard as a rock. We all woke up feeling sore and not well rested.

We had a wonderful time at Lake View! We had lots of room for our 8 adults and 7 kids under 7! We played lots of games, went on lots of boat rides, had a couple of campfires, enjoyed the view from the deck and made lots of yummy food. The older kids loved the PAC-MAN machine and the movie room! Even though our weather wasn’t perfect, we made the most of it! Had a wonderful time. We swam in the swim spa several times while it was raining – there’s always something to do here! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Your home is exceptional. The furniture is comfortable and provides a lot of seating. We enjoyed the lake and boated 4 days. The theater room was a big hit with the kids. oved bringing my son and girlfriend and having 2 little munchkins to tube with, water ski, kayak and adventures on paddleboard and kayak…. discovering holes and balancing. Loved the hikes, golfing and being with my brother and sister-in-law. Cannot wait for more!

We had an exceptional time at Lake View! It was the first time to Deep Creek for many in our group and the house was perfect for our family vacation! We were celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, a 30th wedding anniversary and many birthdays. Thank you for an amazing stay in an even more incredible place. We’ll be back!

We loved Lake View! Our weather was rainy for 2/3rds of the weekend, but we still had fun! We shopped, played games and built a haunted gingerbread house. The rain stopped for fires both nights and lots of hot tub time! We need to come back in warmer, sunnier weather to enjoy the water activities.

Our firth year at DCL and our fifth year at Lake View! Such a great vacation filled with boating, swimming, and spending time together as a family. We had two days where there were scatters showers, but that didn’t stop us from getting out on the lake. This trip was we also went to Swallow Falls which was beautiful. It was another great year at Deep Creek and we can’t wait to be back.

We enjoyed our stay! There was 10 or us plus a toddler. The location was great, kitchen had appropriate amount of tools and dishes, and there was plenty of room for a group or individuals. Thanks for sharing your home.
