This house is nicely designed and has a beautiful view from the deck. The boat slips were utilized by our family most of the day for jumping and playing in the lake. The marina is right next door so we did have to keep a close eye on the boats coming in to get gas. The outdoor firepit was the highlight of each evening and has nice and comfortable chairs around the pit. We would probably choose a different house for the summer that would have less boat traffic in the future so we could paddle board and kayak with the children.

We had a wonderful stay at “ About Time”. The home had a great amount of space for our group. Amenities were great, kitchen had everything we needed.. The dock was not set properly but we contacted Railey and they sent someone out to fix it the next morning.. when we ran out of propane for the grill they sent someone out to change the tank. We were very pleased with the prompt response in both instances from Railey.

About Time is a great vacation home for adults and kids. Perfect location at the north end of the lake near restaurants, shops and activities. Fabulous views from the deck, a big gas grill, a terrific hot tub and a private dock kept us outside for the entire week. We already rebooked for next year!

great house, great location

The house was comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped ( except for no can openers- one was delivered within an hour- thankl you. The dock was great- we had rented a large pontoon boat for our large famiily and it fit just fine. There is one corner guard that is missing from the lake-end of the dock, so that could be repaired so boats don't get damaged if they bump the corner. We were near a grocery store which was helpful with a large group. Also, instacart is available at this address, from Aldis. There were plenty of towels- more than one per person, which is what we had read. The adventure course across the street was a blast! Nice lake for waterskiing, tubing, boating to icecream, pizza. The state park is fabulous!! Discovery Center was great for the kids on a rainy-ish morning! The whole family loved this lake and I think we will be back again!!

We had a very fun family trip! The home is well equipped and the realty company was extremely responsive to any inquiries or issues. We had a few minor suggestions upon leaving but nothing that would prevent us from renting the property again. The home was very clean upon arrival and comfortably accommodates 5 couples!

House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The house was quite and even with all the windows, it was not drafty. The driveway is very steep (as described), it could be very treacherous in the snow and ice. It was a very nice house and we all really enjoyed it. We had no problems during our stay.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! Close to the water. Nice big dock. Nice yard space- great for firepit and yard games. The inside of the house is beautiful. We had 4 families with us and the house was big enough to have our own private space if we wanted it. Highly recommend!

the downstairs needs to make it conducive for outside activities without running up and down stairs especially if your wet or trying to cook over the open firepit

We did not know ahead of time that the yard was shared with another property. Due to the large number of people and children from the adjoining property using the yard, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor space as we had hoped.

So sorry to hear you weren't able to enjoy the yard, Nicci. While the yards are not divided by any type of fencing, the portion of yard in front of the home is that home's only and is certainly intended to be used by your rental home only. First timers to Wisp!

This house was just the perfect choice for 5 couples. For many it was the first time to Wisp and snow skiing. We all enjoyed our first ever day skiing and loved the big spacious room for chatting about our day. Kitchen was perfect for preparing our dinner and sitting around the big table. Could use a few more tall chairs for the bar table though. The hot tub was crazy fun for our group. We plan to make this an annual event and will book this amazing home again. It was our first time visiting Deep Creek. We had an event scheduled at WVU and thought it was a great time to visit. Turns out we were right. About Time was wonderful. Right on the lake, beautiful views and lots to do nearby. Will be back again.

This home was the perfect place for our vacation this year! This is the 4th consecutive year that we've spent our vacation at DCL, but this was far and away the best property we've stayed at! Beautiful home, perfect location, amazing amenities, and plenty of space for our entire family. LOVED IT! Thank you!!!

This home was perfect for our family. All adult vacation why everyone getting their own bedroom and bathroom. The home layout was very nice and spacious
We enjoyed the covered porch. The property management folks were all very nice and helpful over all a great experience

It was clean hospitality was outstanding and the place was perfect for 12 people we had 4 couples and 4 kids worked out perfectly deep Creek is one of the greatest places to go for a vacation it is a lake of paradise we love it

Great layout and location. The house is well maintained, contributing to a very memorable experience. The folks at Deep Creek are friendly and helpful. Superior experience that will occur again next year at the same time in the same place.

We had a wonderful time at this location. Beautiful lake views,and views of Wisp across the lake. Hot tub was wonderful! The layout of the house worked well for 10 adults (5 couples). We didn't use the ping pong table, foosball table, or laundry room so can't comment on those. The kitchen needs some updates such as the dishwasher, ice maker (had to go buy 2 bags of ice), and coffee pot. Couldn't figure out how to get the downstairs warm but they had extra blankets in their closets. The house was clean on arrival, ample parking, and the driveway was plowed and salted both days we were there. The management company was very friendly! Will rent thru them again! And would rent this home again. The kids would love it in the summer!
