    Any property that borders the state-owned ‘buffer strip.’ Lake Front means you have access to the water for swimming and a boat dock if applicable to your home. You can go directly to the water from your door with no road between. Lake Front does not necessarily mean you have a view of the water, since much of our shoreline is wooded.
  2. Ski Area
    Ski Area homes and units are within a 1mi driving distance to Wisp Resort Ticket Window and/or Lift Access. Ski Area homes may require you to drive a very short distance and/or cross a road by foot. Some homes under Lake Front, Lake Access or Lake Area may also be considered a Ski Area property.

Après Ski is the ideal lakefront vacation destination awaiting you and your family! Perfectly located on Marsh Hill, this home not only sits on the waterfront, but is also within a few minute drive to the ski slopes, top restaurants, shops, bars, mini golf, go-karts, and other family-friendly activities in the heart of DCL. When first walking in you are welcomed with an open-concept layout, with modern accents and a cozy seating area in front of the gas fireplace along with the amenities you need for a fun and comfortable stay. Wake up feeling refreshed and soak in the early morning sunrise over the water while sipping on a fresh cup of coffee. After a peaceful morning gather the family and set off for a day on the water launching off from the home’s private dock slip or check out the nearby hiking trails at the State Park. In the colder months be sure to pack your snow gear and spend the day shredding the slopes at the Wisp Resort where there are trails for all levels. The fun doesn’t end there, head home for an evening filled with relaxation! Ease those muscles in the warm bubbles of the hot tub located on the lower level, then fire up the grill for an old fashion barbecue. There are several board games and puzzles for the kids, and those kids at heart including a pool table for a fun family competition. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.
