The house was nice, comfortable, and had a great view. The parking is very limited. It said online that boat trailers were allowed to be parked onsite but this was not easy due to the layout of the driveway. We parked a boat trailer and two trucks but you would not be able to park anything else. The boat dock is about 1/2 mile from the house and has a sand pit for the kids and nice pavilions. Overall everything was nice and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub and sauna were a nice touch.

The house and views are incredible. There were plenty of games to enjoy, comfortable beds, enough space for the entire family. We were also within a 20 minute radius to enjoy the entire area. The only complaint I have is the neighbor is the furthest thing from friendly, while enjoying the hot tub one night, and talking amongst each other (not blasting music, or being obnoxious by any stretch) we were confronted on the property (she walked directly onto the patio) and threatened us with the police. Had she told us or asked us to quiet down at any point and us not oblige her request, I could understand bluntness and rudeness. But she immediately threatened to call the cops and was incredibly confrontational. Needless to say the hot tub wasn’t used again. Beautiful home, but an unnecessarily aggressive neighbor. It was 4th of July weekend and we could’ve been rude about her dogs excessively barking, but that’s to be expected with fireworks. She just made the experience uncomfortable.

*House is beautiful - beds comfortable - wood stove had a weird plastic smell that was not present 2 yrs ago when we were here at this same unit! *Dead mouse in hot water heater area! * Overall enjoyed our stay just disappointed in hot tub and not being able to open trash area.

As you wish was certainly all my family and I could wish for! The view was spectacular of course and everything was very accommodating. We especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The roaster pan and bag of essentials was very a thoughtful touch. Thank you for an AMAZING stay!

The breathtaking view brought us to the house. Once inside, the house welcomed us with comfortable beds & pillows making me want to buy a pillow. The kitchen was well equipped. The house has full bathrooms on all 3 levels with the top & main floors having easy entry showers, and a tub in the basement for the kids or those who like baths. Lots to do in the house ( games, puzzles, movies, cards, hot tub, sauna. To sum it up, how lucky can one be to have a out of this world view & a house that has everything . Thats as you wish enjoy your stay

As you wish made for the most amazing weekend getaway. The home is absolutely beautiful with more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy. And the view from the deck was beautiful. Getting up and enjoying a cup of coffee, overlooking the Lake was the best part of the trip and a great way to start each day!

More than enough room for our 4 adults and 2 young children. Everything was as advertised and there wasn't anything we were missing. Beautiful home but you can't beat sitting out on the deck and enjoying the view!! We'd definitely stay again!

Our stay at As You Wish was great! The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a long weekend. It is located up a steep hill, but even though it snowed most of the weekend, we did not have any trouble getting in and out of the neighborhood with our AWD car. The house is well stocked and we did not have any issues finding utensils/tools for cooking. There were also plenty of puzzles and board games available in the basement. The house was also very quiet. One of us could sleep in while the other played with our toddler in the basement or main floor without any issue. The basement was quite a bit colder than the other levels, but there is a space heater down there or you could start a fire if you were spending more time down there.

Spent several days here for a last-minute summer vacation, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The home is very comfortable, and the view from the decks is breathtaking. Location is out-of-the-way yet close and convenient for most lake activities. The game tables in the basement were a lot of fun, and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub. There is not much parking space which was not a problem since we only had one vehicle, but groups with more than one car will need to be a bit flexible. Overall the home is great and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone -- although that might make it harder to reserve a spot in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at, As You Wish! The only suggestion would be to have curtails over the sliding doors in the main living room area. In the mornings it was very hot due to the sun.

Snow topped mountain retreat

Vacation plans canceled but just want to get away??? Well the kids suggested Deep Creek since we could drive there. We let them select the house and we paid, of course. Check in was a breeze and the house was immaculate. Sauna, hot tub, games, puzzles, fire place and let’s not forget the views!! Mother Nature even blessed us with a white Christmas morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at As You Wish. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the deck with its great view, the hot tub, and the well-appointed kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues but none of that substantially interfered with our stay. If we go back to Deep Creek Lake, I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

This home is so amazing!! My family and I loved our stay. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the view of the lake is stunning. All the beds were so lovely and comfortable. The house has a REAL fireplace which we used on a chilly night. The room downstairs can’t be beat. My ten year old son stayed downstairs and didn’t want to leave!! It has games, a big TV, and an indoor sauna!! The kitchen is also so nice. I cooked most of our meals and the appliances are so modern and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. This is such a great place to stay that we really didn’t want to leave!! I would highly recommend this home. We will definitely be renting again!!
