ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is a short drive down to Ridge Road and then Piney Point Drive to the parking lot. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $25/day. Please note that this association only rents slips to those who privately own their boats. Rental boats are not allowed. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. View Lake Access Map Here

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This rental was pretty accurate in the way it was advertised; however, the sheets and linens are not good quality and the outdoor grill was not in good condition (only two burners worked and generally very weak and hard to get hot which made grilling anything very difficult). The hot tub was ready to go and in a very convenient location on the deck. The WiFi was fast and worked great. Overall this rental was OK for what we needed during this stay, but I don’t think I would choose this property again in the future.

Gorgeous house, very nice amenities. You have to drive to get to the lake - not within walking distance. A lot of the descriptions provided weren’t accurate to the home. It served us for a weekend but was a little hard to maneuver at first figuring out what we needed to provide for ourself and what was on site. Must drive everywhere - not within walking distance of the lake, fishing, or the trash compactor needed to throw out trash as it’s an HOA. the host did a great job answering questions when we'd reach out.

Everything in this house was updated - the furniture, floors, electric, plumbing, hot tub and more. It was all clean and new! We were attending a wedding at Red Barn and the house location was perfect. Super comfy house and great spot. Thanks!
