Located in the Villages of Wisp community, you can hit the slopes in the winter, or take the family down to the community lake access area in the summer. This three bedroom townhome creates an ideal retreat for your weekend getaway, featuring large windows and open areas on the main level. Enjoy an evening in the hot tub, or gather the whole family around the spacious kitchen. This home is also a short drive from several local-favorite restaurants, shops, and on or off lake attractions. Whether you are looking for a realxing retreat away or an adventure packed summer or winter vacation, Village of Wisp #4 is the place top be!


ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. No Dock Slip.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Convenient location, nice decor, but poor home entry

House was nicely decorated, hot tub was a nice benefit for kids, and it was nice to be able to bring the dogs. The entrance to the house is on the lower level and there are more than a dozen steps to access that door, so beware that it is a hassle and not appropriate for anyone with any mobility concerns. Bring EVERYTHING with you- not a salt shaker, pump hand soup, trash bags will be there.

We had a great time staying at this property. The house was clean and very roomy. Loved that it was dog friendly. The only thing that we didn’t take notice to when we booked was that there is no air conditioning. Thankfully, the weather was very mild during our stay, so it wasn’t an issue. However, there were plenty of fans available to cool it down if necessary.

A nice family sized townhome with plenty of space. Good access to the lake, Wisp and other activities. The hot tub was great on the chilly nights.

This is a nice townhouse for a get a way to the mountains to ski. It's not quite slope side, but it's still pretty close to get on and off the slopes. The hot tub was a plus!

Great winter escape

We were two families who stayed at Simply Divine for three days to go skiing at Wisp. Everything worked out perfectly. While the nearest run wasn't open, meaning we needed to drive to the ski hills instead of ski-in, ski-out, it is super close by and was easy to manage. The two bedrooms upstairs (each with own bathroom) were perfect for grown-ups while the kids slept on the bunkbed plus pull-out bed in the basement. The hot tub was a major highlight.

We had a great time spending the weekend at Simply Divine! We found the kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook all meals and the spaces in the condo felt warm and inviting. The hot tub was excellent and the fire pit was lovely to use at night. We loved how conveniently located it was to groceries, restaurants and breweries. We would certainly recommend this rental to others and hope to stay there again in the future.
