It was a great house to rent for President’s Day Wknd! We had 70 year olds to 4 year olds this wknd. We played cards and games after everyone skied the freshly fallen snow! Great house and all amenities!!!!! Will be back next year!

My family and I enjoyed the house the house so much. Wi-Fi was great and house looked exactly as pictured. The only thing I would mention is trash removal, dumpster was a little distance from the house and all the dumpsters were full so we had to shove our trash in. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be returning

My group (12) and I were pretty pleased with this property. It was comfortable and the hot tub was great (and huge - it really does fit 8 adults). We also deeply appreciated the two full size fridges in the kitchen and the large table and island with stools. The kitchen itself was very well appointed with some exceptions as noted below, but plentiful utensils, plates, cook- and serving-ware. Things that could be better - like many houses built only to make money with no intention to ever be lived in, it was kind of stark and was lacked attention to detail - poor finish work (incomplete framing on our bedroom door meant it could never actually close, kitchen drawer design made lack of drawer pulls frustrating, loose balusters), exactly one (1) cooking knife in the kitchen, dirty icemaker, no comfort items like art or extra blankets, and property was more exposed than I thought. To be fair it's a new neighborhood and therefore not as much tree cover/plant life as there would be in a more settled location and it was too cold for the trees to have leaves, but I was still hoping for a little more privacy. Overall I would gladly stay here again but it might be time for me to seek out properties owned by people and not companies.

It was such a lovely and comfortable home! Outstanding accommodations, comfortable beds, a wonderful hot tub, and a well-stocked kitchen. If you're looking for a respite, this home is it! We enjoyed a much-needed girls' weekend here and used both the hot tub and the firepit. :)

Great stay for our large family. House layout was ideal for us. Loved the back deck with no access to the yard so the little kids could run around without risk of going off deck. Double refrigerator was an amazing bonus. Also, appreciated the gated community.

We really loved this place! A perfect location for that large family gathering with all the amenities. The best feature was the two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. The pool table in the basement is a nice touch.

We had a very nice weekend get away at this cabin. The neighborhood was quite and very nice. The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. We had 15 guests total and it had plenty of room for us all. We will be coming back for sure!

Has Potential but Somewhat Disappointed

This appears to be a new home in a very nice neighborhood. Candidly, we were fairly disappointed with the quality of the home. There were a number of finishes and maintenance (bedroom door and floor trim missing, patched drywall, metal wire railings having hanging wires, missing sprinkler covers, broken pool cues, bent screen door, stained shower curtains, refrigerators not full size or with ice makers, etc.) that did not meet our expectations of the home description and price. This has a nice layout to accommodate our extended family that was comfortable, but you can tell the house was not finished with the nicest finishes or hasn't been maintained the best. To the credit of the management company, they were responsive after the stay and helped try to make things right for our situation. If the cosmetic and maintenance issues are addressed this would be a very comfortable and nice stay, but I can only speak to the conditions during our stay.

House was good for a weekend get away for both adults and children. Plenty of open space for gathering and kids play. Nice spacious deck and fire pit area outdoors. Plenty of extra space in the bedrooms to accommodate childrens needs (pack n plays etc).

This was a brand new home, never rented, we were not originally to stay here, but our rental had issues so we were moved here. Very beautiful home, lots of space, nice neighborhood.
