This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The house is beautiful, clearly a newer one. Everything was clean and bright. Not enough pots, pans and trays for a house that sleeps 16 but I'm sure that's because it's new and over time it will accumulate more. There were only two real issues with the house. The bed on the top floor to the left is sunken in towards the headboard, so my guest had to use pillows to make it even. Also, the heated pool was not heated. when we got there the pool was dirty and there was a maintenance guy there who was trying to clean it, but unfortunately, he had to drain the pool. We had to wait for it to refill and when it did, the water was freezing cold and remained that way for the entire stay. We called to have maintenance come out to fix it and they promptly came and could not. I escalated it and put in another repair order explaining that the first person could not fix it and they sent the same guy again who of course still could not fix it which was a bummer because it rained and we were hoping to just stay inside and utilize the pool.

We've been going to Deep Creek for years. Starting when we were young, then with our kids and now we have added Grandkids to the fun. Sunset Serenity is by far the nicest home we have enjoyed. Beautiful inside and out. We will definitely be back.

Home was fantastic! Plenty of space for our large group. The kids loved the pool, parents loved the hot tub. The fireplace on the deck was great for a night fire for s’mores.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay!**Our stay at Sunset Serenity exceeded every expectation! The home was exactly as pictured and somehow even more beautiful in person. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed everything was.The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful, scenic (all the beautiful deer), and conveniently close to everything we wanted to do, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and local attractions. The amenities truly set this property apart.
