Seeking the perfect vacation retreat?  Summer Song will be music to your ears! Modern and enjoyable, you'll love the plush home furnishings, warm decor, outdoor hot tub and more. While you are outside, enjoy the dock, community fire pit, or picnic tables around the lake for added fun. With stunning lake views from all three levels, this home will put a song in your heart and a smile on your face. Close to state parks, movie theaters, restaurants and more, it doesn’t get any sweeter than Summer Song!

Private Lake Front. Community docks are located at the end of the cove. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This was exactly what we were hoping for - a lakeside house with plenty of bedrooms, close dock access, and tons of tree cover. The indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for 7 guests to have a fine week.

"Summer Song" was perfect for our vacation. Lots of space for the 12 of us to spread out. Unit was very clean. The view from the spacious decks was wonderful. We spent most of our time outside. We loved that the house was at the end of a quiet cove. Perfect for the kids to kayak.

Comfortable house for a family

The home is as advertised - we enjoyed our stay. House is very comfortable and has plenty of space for people to spread out or spend time together. Loved the large deck and ample outdoor seating. You can’t see the dock from the house which isn’t ideal but it was close enough to walk. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing that impacted our vacation. I would suggest a family stay here as the bathrooms on the lower and upper levels are through a bedroom. The bathroom on the main floor is the only one that you do not have to enter a bedroom for. Keyless entry would be a great addition as well. Would recommend and would book this home again.

Our stay was out right amazing!!! Everything was perfect and easy. We had no issues getting into the house planning this vacation or finding what was needed near by. I can’t wait to go back my children are already asking when can we go to the “other fun house.”

This home offered exactly what we wanted, a tranquil week at the lake. The home is surrounded by foliage so that it is private. The fishing is great! The bedrooms are spread out so everyone has space and most of the rooms have stunning views of the lake.

Fishing and fun

This was our first rental of a home through Railey, but it won't be our last. The home is right on the water and it is perfect for fishing every day. Caught both perch and bass. There is plenty of room to spread out and all of the rooms have excellent views. It is secluded enough to feel private without being too far off the beaten path. This home offers everything you need to have fun!

wonderful house. Very comfortable. The only problem was the seaweed in the lake. Our grandchildren would not swim because of the seaweed.

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Song. The views are beautiful! We loved the privacy, dock area and wonderful deck. The house was comfortable and spacious. The basement did have a musty smell. We would definitely stay there again.

Summer Song was a great house meeting all of our needs. Plenty of space for 6 adults and one child. Location is ideal and situated close to local restaurants, grocery, state park, etc. The cove, in which Summer Song is located, was perfect for lounging on tubes and casual swimming as it is in a no wake zone and near the end of inlet. We would be happy to stay at this home again.
