The house property and location are ideal. Great views of lake and woods. Great deck. The faults lie in the amenities. For the nightly price the pots, pans, knives are very subpar. The dishwasher did not clean in four attempts. Never dissolves the soap. The dishwasher needs repair or replace as noted before in another review.

This house is very nice on appearance. Huge deck, available dock and extensive waterline, spacious interior. Two of the three bedrooms are smaller, the other is very expansive. Upstairs loft with multiple beds is nice for children.

I can’t in good faith leave a positive review for this property. The location and surrounding area is beautiful. The property has a ton of potential. Towels provided were clean and fresh. The house was very dirty on the outside and unmaintained. Cobwebs and leaves covering entry ways and outdoor spaces. The deck fell through on one of our guests and someone almost was hurt. Other boards were loose. There were dirty dishes put away in cabinets with visible food remnants and grease. The dishwasher did not clean anything. The host left me without a response for over 14 hours at one point. I had to call the company directly to find out where to take trash. There are no trash containers at the property so you need to keep trash inside in the living area until you go to the dumpster. There was a boat on the property when we arrived. When we left, the host called me and asked if it was our boat and if we planned to remove it. That’s a testament to how often they visit the house.

Beautiful property and very private. View is magnificent, and outdoor amenities were fantastic. Large, well equipped house for 2 families max with kids. Very comfortable and the fireplaces were great. We came in the winter for the first time. We liked the location but it is a 20 minute drive to Wisp if that is important to you.

Overall, the house is beautiful, and the property is to die for. Everything that we needed was inside the house. The master bedroom is comfortable and the fireplaces are gorgeous.We were disappointed with the response of Railey to our issue with the Internet working. We had to call three times and it took over 24 hours to get it resolved. However, shout out to Ryan in the IT department when he came, he diagnosed it fast and had a fix quickly!
