Located in Timberlake Village, a tranquil community of Duplex Villas. The community enforces Garrett County's noise ordinance and quiet time from 11pm to 8am as required by TVRU's Licensing Ordinance.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Beautiful and spacious home with very comfortable furniture and mattresses. We loved that we all had our own bathroom and the 1/2 bath on the main floor was so handy. Wonderful layout! The kitchen had everything we needed for our family of 11. We especially enjoyed the hottub! We loved visiting and eating on the deck. Great stay!! Thank you!!

Beautiful home. Well appointed with plenty of room for everyone. Lots of space for visiting while also ensuring privacy. Lovely covered deck on back of house completely enclosed with dog proof or small child proof railing. Nice to sit out on deck in evening and enjoy mother nature, even if raining. Although we did not see bears there was lots of evidence in the neighborhood of nightly visits.

Our week at Restful Retreat was wonderful! The home is beautifully decorated and has almost everything you need provided. It felt like home! The Railey staff is kind, caring and helpful. My friends and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay and had so much fun exploring the area's shops, restaurants and State Parks, too! I give Restful Retreat 5 stars!

Perfectly Peaceful Getaway

We stayed at Restful Retreat in the Summer of 2022. The home was lovely (just like the photos). Our group consisted of 8 adults and 2 kids, and the home had plenty of room for all of us. We loved the peaceful back deck, the pool table in the basement, and the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom attached to it. The kitchen was very well stocked and spacious for cooking and serving meals. Overall, we highly recommend Restful Retreat and hope to vacation in Deep Creek again in the future!

We have come to Deep Creek Lake various times over the past 20 years or so, and this was the best house overall we have rented from the point of view of usability and of having all of the "equipment" that one could imagine needing. The dining table, and the kitchen/dining area is as large as it looks and easily accommodated everyone. The basement area is perfect for children (and allows grand parents a little respite when they need it in the upstairss.) Having access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center was a real plus for those rainy days in early spring when your party includes young children who need to get out no matter what.

Though a duplex home, this rental was spacious and comfortable. The home is well maintained and easily accessed. The furniture is in good condition and bathrooms well maintained. Neighbors were quite loud late at night, but it was unseasonably warm so we really couldn’t blame them for taking advantage of the patios and decks.

Beautifully decorated townhouse. Large bedrooms with attached bathrooms gave everyone privacy and space. Two have desks so possible to work while there. Open floor plan and well equipped inviting kitchen contained everything we needed for meal preparations. Even has a coffee bar! Our weather was rainy but we were cozy with the gas fireplaces and hot tub. Kids were well entertained with pool table and a closet full of games. Great location close to State Park and restaurants and shops. We would definitely rent again for our next family gathering!
