This property comes with private lake access and a private dock slip located on the property. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The house was great! It was even bigger than the pictures showed and everything was super clean. It had just enough space for the whole group while in the middle level. We had plenty of wood for fires and even had a charging station outside for an electric car which was great.

The house was beautiful but the water was terrible! It had a horrible smell of sulfur. Taking a shower was awful.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had lots of toys for the kids to play with and had many useful items, such as a fully stocked pantry and baby gates. The location is close to lots of local restaurants. The kitchen, living room, and dining areas were spacious enough for our large group.

This house was AWESOME!!Best house we have stayed in over the past 8 years. Kitchen has all the appliances you could need to cook a great meal. Large rooms to spend quality family time. Loved the swing under the deck great place to relax and read. The dock with the two chairs was perfect for fishing and kayaking. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Perfection at Paradise

Paradise at Deep Creek was a perfect home for our large family for a week in June. Each family was able to have their own private space and the kids loved getting to sleep together in the kids room! The layout of the house was perfect and roomy. There were plenty of places for people to go and hang out either all together or quiet places to sneak away. We never felt like we were on top of each other or couldn’t get some peace and quiet, yet there was plenty of room on the main floor for us all to be together. The outside deck was super spacious and had plenty of furniture to eat outside. I loved the Polywood furniture! The patio was also nice to still hang out outside even in the rain because it was well covered. Also perfect location for the hot tub too! I especially loved the beautiful lit paver walkway to the dock. The kids loved fishing off the dock and it was perfect for the pontoon boat we rented. Being in a little cove was so nice so we didn’t have any boat traffic and the kids could swim or paddle board in the lake. The house was very well stocked with just about every small appliance you could need, plenty of dishes and pots, pans, and bakeware. The kids room had some toys and we discovered a whole cabinet full of games under the TV on the main level. There was also a pack and play and high chair if needed (which did come in handy). All the furniture inside the home was nice quality and comfortable. It was clear that plenty of love and thought was put into making this home comfortable for guests. In addition to the house being fabulous for our family, Railey Vacations was wonderful to work with. Check-in/check out was simple, and their communication was excellent. Any questions I had were quick to be answered and hot tub techs came out quickly when we did have an issue. It was really a wonderful home and I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family looking for perfect getaway lake vacation.

The property was beautiful, well-appointed and clean. Communication with property managers could have been better in regard to check in and out. Several members of our family slipped and fell on the front stairs that were ice covered. Providing salt during winter months would be appreciated. Overall, a great property that we would rent again.

This home has a great view of the lake and nice backyard. This home met our needs well (7 adults, 5 kids, 1 toddler). Everyone was able to have their own space. The bear theme was enjoyed by all (but especially by the toddler). There was both enough space for everyone to spread out when needed but also gather together. The TVs were large and newer so that we could stream (with our own logins) stuff for the kids and also watch playoff football. The kitchen was small (we've stayed at houses half the size in Deep Creek that have kitchens of similar size). But it is well appointed and met our cooking needs (we cook every meal). The pictures inside each of the cabinets of what went where were fantastic and everyone who rents a home should do this!
