DESCRIPTION:
Fill your vacation with “mountain magic” that can be found throughout this dramatic chalet atop Wisp ski mountain. The quaint covered front porch guides you to a unique front door that opens to a beautiful and spacious great room with a visually striking wall of windows to bring in light and exceptional views. Enjoy dining outdoors on the large deck while grilling, or taking a soak in the hot tub on the lower level patio. A sizeable paved driveway provides plenty of parking for your large group with your toys. This chalet is located in a gated community that offers tennis courts, playground, pavilion, hiking trails, and dedicated lake access. Just a short drive to the ski slopes, whitewater course, and Deep Creek Lake, this chalet is in the heart of all the resort activities. This chalet has all the essentials you need with all the luxury you demand!

Our family had a great time on this vacation. The house was big and allowed lots of space for our group, but it needs some updates and the cleanliness wasn't up to standards.

Mountain Magic was a beautiful and well stocked house for our family! Our multi generational family had a great week at Mountain Magic. From 3 years to 85 years old there was plenty to do for everyone. The older generation especially loved the main floor master and that there was only 1 step to get into the house. The kids loved the pool table, foosball, games and community pool. We enjoyed playing pickleball at the community tennis court each morning and watching the animals all around.

Accommodations to fit our whole family. Comfortable, felt like home, spacious. Suprised at how many appliances were available. We brought crock pots and blenders… didn’t need them. The house was stocked with everything you need! Plenty of blankets and towels, as well. Easy process and clear instructions for access and leaving

Great location the house could use done upgrades with outdoor grill and swing. Inside was nice but very dusty. Had a leak downstairs and flooring was wet for a few days.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying at Mountain Magic. The house was gorgeous! There was room for everyone and lots of amenities. The house was clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the arcade game, pool table, foosball, and card table. We also enjoyed the campfire pit in the evening to roast marshmallows. The only matter was the Highlands community pool. The pool was not clean and I had to call the office to put in a work order. Plus the baby pool was closed.

This was my first trip to Deep Creek after years of trying to get my family and friends to go, and I will surely be back. The house, Mountain Magic, was DOPE! More than enough space, activities, privacy, etc. then needed for all who stayed. The Deep Creek area has some great sights and adventures that I want to take advantage of when it gets warmer. Everything was as described (the showers in the main suites clogged but that was the only issue)

An Oasis in the Mountains

The perfect blend of mountain and modern. This home is spacious and cozy at the same time. Many rooms allow for those to spread out and 3 gathering areas allow you to congregate together. This home is quiet, with it's own fireplace and hot tub and was just what we needed for a weekend away with friends. In the Wisp neighborhood you will find plenty to do any season of the year.

The hardest thing to navigate as newcomers to deep creek was gaining boat access to the lake. Even if a slip came with the home more straightforward directions or list of where you can actually put the boat in with fees would be helpful

Great area for taking walks. Game room area in loft is fantastic, lots of games if you have children and the poker table is really nice. Well equipped kitchen for cooking or baking.

Had a great time at mountain magic. The weather was not the best but everybody had a chance to go tubing and ride the coaster! Even when it was raining there was plenty to do at the house. Getting the whole family together was the best. Some cobwebs and a little dusty in areas but overall pleased!

Our stay at Deep Creek was awesome and made possible by Deep Creek Lodging. We vacationed at Mountain Magic and the home was as advertised. I truly appreciated the wonderful customer service of the Deep Creek Lodging staff. Michelle answered every question I had and responded to every email in a timely manner. Excellent! Great Place to stay. Very clean and comfortable home. The only issues were the lack of pool chalk, and we would recommend deep creek lodging include a better description/map of lake access for the community. Which is actually located outside the community, at a shared private dock. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and loved the house. Working with Deep Creek Rental was a very easy process, handling things electronically via email made for a seamless check-in and check-out of the property. We are definitely planning on a return visit in the future.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We had 5 families stay in the house and it truly was beautiful and relaxing for each and everyone of us. Everyone had something to do. We even got to enjoy seeing a black bear walk right through the front yard! We definitely will be looking into it again. Had to drive about 10 mins to the state park which wasn't bad at all. Loved it.

Perfect multi-family rental

We had a wonderful experience - the house exceeded our expectations and the location was ideal (close proximity to Wisp). Only two things I would mention: the roads leading up to the house are STEEP, and AWD is almost necessary if there's snow in the forecast (one of our friends cars got stuck, both coming into the development and leaving). Also, the coffee maker takes cone filters that are not sold in the local Shop & Save down the street (there is a keurig, though). We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone with a large group!
