DESCRIPTION:
Enjoy all the views from the wrap deck at Moonlight View; Soak in the sun, relax in the hot tub, or snack on some s’mores around the fire. Gather in the living room as the sun pours through the floor to ceiling windows as you plan our your day on and around the lake. Head down to the community lake access for a dip in the lake or a picnic by the water. Venture into town to enjoy an amazing lunch or dinner at one of the local favorite restaurants then take a stroll through the State Park as the sun flickers between the trees. Come together in the lower den for a relaxing evening on the sectional or around the pool table as the large stone fireplace flickers in the background. The bubbles of the hot tub will be calling your name after a long day running around the lake in the summer or tearing it up on the slopes in the winter. Located in the Paradise Ridge community, Moonlight View is located just a short drive away from all the action Deep Creek Lake has to offer. When all is said and done and the day has come to the end, step out onto the deck to enjoy the moon and the stars scattered across the sky before going in and drifting off to sleep. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Beautiful View

Overall the house was very clean but more rundown than we were expecting. Several of the outdoor chairs were broken and some of the sliding glass doors were broken too. There was also a lot (!!!!!!) of ladybugs dead and alive. I think there was some kind of nest in the ceiling of the main room. All the rooms were clean and we were pleased with our stay.

This house was beautiful. The view was great, the hot tub was nice, and we loved the fire pit area. All of the beds were nice and we really enjoyed relaxing in the living room with all of the sunshine pouring in through the windows. It was a great stay.

Overall it was a nice place with amazing mountain views! The pool table and hot tub were great. Not sure why every toilet paper dispenser was like 2" off the floor? If they couldn't be higher maybe consider free standing ones? The master bath shower was pretty old, but I just used the shower in the loft which was nice. Also, Railey should have better instructions about the "bearproof" garbage cans at this property. They were different than others we'd seen and the previous guests did not latch properly and a bear got garbage everywhere on our 1st night there.

Nice place but needs work

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay but there seemed to be a list of things that were in need of repair or replacement. The items we told maintenance about they did fix but I felt they should have been in working order when we arrived. We set the thermostat at 69° and every time we walked past it was reset to 75-82° on “Eco” so we were in a constant battle to regulate the temperature we preferred.

I had a group of 8 stay on Super bowl weekend. It was fabulous. Plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. Full bar and a nice hot tub for the evening winddown. Nice pool table, rear access from driveway.
