For a home that sleeps 25, the kitchen, dining area and great room is very small. It is a galley kitchen and the table in the eating area only seats 10 people. In addition, the kitchen and great room were completely separated by the huge fireplace right in the middle of the home. However, the bedrooms were all great and well furnished, the kitchen was well stocked, the deck and little room off the deck was amazing (it is all contained with no steps which made it nice with kids and a dog!), the two hot tubs on the lower level, the fire pit, the sauna and the view of the lake were awesome!

Beautiful home in a superb location. The amenities were terrific for kids and adults alike. The home is in great condition and each bedroom felt warm and inviting. Although we did not stay during lake /boating season, the fall colors and festivities were wonderful. Would stay again.

Website accurately displayed Majestic Lodge. Beautiful house, loved the spacious bedrooms. We went on one of the coldest Christmas weekends, great view, I wished we could have enjoyed the outdoors a little bit. Over all, a great getaway, would love to do a repeat in the summer.

Our family loves spending the week at Deep Creek Lake. Majestic Lodge is a great house for a large family like ours. Though every year I find that hill harder and harder to climb, ( I know, it is in the mountains after all.) The children don't seem to mind it, though.

Overall all good experience. We used the dock and fire pit and enjoyed the outside. Kitchen is small but well stocked. Nice bedroom spaces. But the lower level smells and carpet is filthy.

Majestic Lodge is one of the top rental houses I’ve ever used! It was spacious and had a great floor plan that allowed people to move about without crowding. The kitchen was very well outfitted with numerous dishes, bowls, utensils, cooking appliances etc. We never ran out of silverware! Bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of puzzles, books, and games to entertain the kids. The walk to the dock was an easy walk without many rocks and boulders to maneuver around. Overall it I think it is a lovely, comfortable house.

It is obvious this is a well loved vacation home. You can beat the location near the top of the mountain and on the lake. A nice touch was the labels throughout to help find the right light switch or kitchen utensils.

House was easy to get to and close to Wisp. Kitchen appliances were up to date. Having two living rooms made for plenty of room for the group to spread out when not skiing and the large dining table was perfect for seating everyone at dinner. The sauna was a big plus for relaxing after being out in the cold.
