The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and the home’s cathedral ceilings and large windows offer incredible lake views! Enjoyed our stay at The Lodge at McHenry Cove Marina, the deck was nice with a view of the lake and had room for all of us to eat with two nice tables for six. The inside was decorated nicely and was comfortable, the beds selection was good, this was a family vacation and the duo bunks worked well with the kids.

Great cabin! Very clean and responsive staff. Would stay here again! However, we expected to have access to a dryer and the week before check-in we were told it was broken and unable to use it. We had no way of drying out clothes after snowboarding. Definitely something that should be fixed, prior to having guests.

This is my family and my second stay with Raileys vacation. This second stay we did encounter minor issues (light bulbs burnt out, door handles, etc) however, I must say the response and maintenance was very immediate and helpful to ensure my family stay was as comfortable and dealt with accordingly. The pool table, hot tub, and close access to the lake are the highlights of the home. If you have children the go-kart and fun zone are literally right next door which is a plus. Good house, good customer service + support.

Some places were not fully clean. Two bathroom sinks were clogged. Kitchen utensils was not very well stocked.

This is our third annual birthday trip to Deep Creek lake, and our second year using Railey Vacations. The Lodge at McHenry Cove Marina is a beautiful home with enough space to accommodate our party of thirteen comfortably. We enjoyed using the hot tub and pool table and enjoyed our meals outside on the second-story deck on the patio table. The view of the lake and sunsets over the mountains were spectacular! Being a very short walk to local entertainment and a very short drive to grocery and liquor stores made all our outings convenient. We enjoyed a hike at Swallow Falls State Park, which was an easy fifteen-minute drive from our place. We would have preferred that the existing kitchen table be replaced with a new table prior to our stay rather than during the morning of our second day, but the representative of the homeowner was very personable and knowledgeable about recreational activities in the area. Unfortunately, we had some issues getting the grill hot enough for use. Aside from issues with our booking's price being listed incorrectly, securing our reservation was simple. We will certainly consider using Railey Vacations again next year!

NOT SATISFIED the home needs major repairs and updates. If you don't want to take ants home with you and your a fan of rotten wood and broken amenities than this is NOT the place for you!

I was skeptical at first, being that prior to renting I couldn't see the inside because of Covid. I booked this property a year in advance for my sons wedding at Chanteclair Farm, which was beautiful. I was very much impressed with The Lodge. My first time staying at the Deep Creek area. I would definitely do it again.

We had a good time! The house is a few minute walk from the lake and some stores and restaurants are also walkable. The layout worked well for our large group and the beds were comfortable. Our two complaints are that the shower pressure was not good and that the house is right next to Fun Zone’s go kart track. It is not very peaceful to sit outside during operating hours. Overall we had a good experience, but the go karts made it less pleasant.

We stayed with a group of Girl Scouts in this house. Convenient location to the Fun Zone which had games and rides for the girls. Also within walking distance to restaurants. Girls loved playing pool in the house. Overall a great stay. I’d prefer a little more privacy when returning with my family.

nice home - convenient walking distance to several points of interest (especially for kids) only recommendation is maybe upgrading the TV's - they are out dated and complicated to get turned on - some we did not get to work - we would stay there at this home again if we would come to Deep Creek - Many Thanks to the reservation clerk in finding this home that met our needs - She did great!

This was not the original home that we reserved but was the only available substitute for the dates we needed for which we were grateful. However, we wanted a more private area and private dock. This home was nice just not really in the location we would chose.

The location was great, we enjoyed renting a pontoon boat and enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Deep Creek- The Lodge at McHenry Cove Marina. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The house was clean. There were even more things that were already provided in the house that we thought we needed to bring. Which was very helpful!! The environment and atmosphere were lovely. There were so many things to do. My favorite was the boat ride! It was my first time and we were given a discount and lessons on how to ride the boat. Next time I would like to go on the jet skis and enjoy the restaurants when the COVID-19 is a lesser epidemic. By far the trip was peaceful and enjoyable. I can’t wait to book again in the future!

Love this house. Very spacious and great views. Location wonderful especially if bad weather...can walk to fun activities for kids, restaurants,etc. We LOVE Deep Creek Lake!! Railey staff were amazing...kind, supportive and professional!
