DESCRIPTION:
Plant yourself at this cozy Lakeside Landing equipped with everything you’ll need for the perfect Deep Creek vacation. Enjoy mornings with the fresh mountain air out in the screen porch while drinking a cup of coffee and evenings around the campfire telling stories and making s’mores. The game room off the upper level is made for rainy days and the den downstairs is perfect for movie marathons. With enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space as well as come together, Lakeside Landing is the perfect place for the whole family to gather around and relax or to have adventure packed days on and around the lake. When the sun is shining, take a short walk to either of the two lake access points or to the community tennis courts. Located in the quiet area of Heron Cove, you’ll be able to enjoy the peacefulness of Paradise Cove while being a short drive from the main stretch of the lake and all the local favorite restaurants and shops. So hurry up and land yourself at the lakeside today!


ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake Access with dock slip is located down the path at the rear of the home. Follow this path to the gate and paved pathway to the lake and docks. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Second Lake Access area is located down the road to the right of the driveway at the end of the circle. A marked paved path will lead you to the tennis courts and to the swimming area. This 2nd area is for swimming and fishing only. No Dock Slip here.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This house was awesome, location was awesome. Everything was top notch. The only concern was the rotten egg smell of the water, but someone told us that it was because it's well water?? The smell was just horrible....

The pictures and description of the house were a little false advertisement because said we had lake view which we did not. Called and had a tv issue and never got a response from Railey and also hot tub was very dirty. Never found the beach area that was supposedly within walking distance.

The house itself was amazing. The sulfur water sucks but that’s something we had no control over.

Great private location on the best cove on the lake! Relatively new house in great condition. Lots of entertainment extras in the house (ping pong, air hockey, Pac-Man, etc.). Beautifully decorated. Well supplied kitchen. Our family enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Landing and we’ll be back next year!

Lakeside Landing was the perfect setting for our family’s five day getaway! Very spacious, with lots of areas to be together and yet have our own space. Very clean and well cared for property. Our family vacations in Deep Creek twice a year, once in the summer and once in winter. This house was by far our favorite house. It has plenty of room to spread out. There was a lot of activities within the house to keep the kids occupied, from the arcade games, air hockey, table tennis, and fuse ball tables. It was so close to the lake too. We definitely plan to rent this house again!

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends and kids. The house was spacious, cozy and the kids were obsessed with the game room - this kept them so occupied that we had more time to socialize as adults :) One con was the microwave - it wasn't reheating our food as properly and was confusing to use it. Overall we would definitely stay in this home again!

We had a great time and had plenty of room for our get together. The kids loved all the game tables. The house was very clean, the furniture nice, and the beds comfortable. There was plenty of clean towels and extra blankets, and lots of dishes and cookware. I only wish we could have taken advantage of the beautiful deck but there was tons of snow on it, but it was a ski vacation so tons of snow is a good thing. I would highly recommend Lakeside Landing and the price was reasonable when compared to other similar sized homes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Landing. The house is so large. We spent Thanksgiving week there with 3 families, 6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. The kitchen was well equipped with enough plates, glasses and utensils for more than one meal. It has been newly remodeled, so felt like a new house. We appreciated the owner thoughtfulness with extras like laundry basket on every floor. The fire pit with benches all around was a big hit, as well as the spacious yard. The neighborhood is great for walking. The path to the Sandy beach is worth walking. I highly recommend.

House was great for our families. There is space on all 4 levels. The kids loved playing air hockey and ping pong. The adults enjoyed the screened porch and privacy the house has to offer. The fire pit area was a BIG HIT for all! It was great being extremely close to the lake.
