Inside, the home welcomes you with a spacious open-concept layout, warm wood accents, and large windows that frame picturesque views of the lake and rolling hills. The multiple inviting living areas make it easy to gather with family or friends, whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning with coffee or evening of fun and relaxation. Gather in the main level game area for a game of poker, bumper pool, or shuffleboard or head to the lower level for use of the full size pool table. Step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the views or soak in the hot tub while taking in the crisp mountain air and tranquil scenery. With lake access nearby at the Mountainside Marina Club and close proximity to popular attractions like Lakeside Creamery, various state parks, and charming local restaurants, Lake ViewTopia makes an ideal home base for every kind of Deep Creek getaway—from summer lake days to cozy winter escapes.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Incredible home. The best we have stayed in so far. Everything is perfect for us. SO many laughs and memories for a group of lifelong neighborhood friends. You have done a fantastic job on your house!! We had deer all week in the yard. This fit all 7 of us and still had room. We will be back next year for our 17th year here at the lake. Not a house you made this a home!

Beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic views! So much wildlife to see. While there, we saw deer, a red tailed hawk, turkey hens and their chicks, a bald eagle, as well as a mother bear and her 3 cubs. The house was super clean and all the furniture, carpets, etc. were spotlessly clean. We loved how well the kitchen was equipped. They even had a salad spinner and pretty much every utensil that could be needed. Tons of plates, glassware, eating utensils were available. We never ran out of anything! Loved the bedrooms and all the king sized beds. There are ample bathrooms too. Would highly recommend this home to families. Just be aware that the lake is a short drive.

This house if absolutely magnificent! Beautiful interior, every amenity that we needed, plus more! Many games to play. Plenty of room for our kids and grand kids! Fully stocked kitchen for all of our needs. It has 2 beautiful decks with stunning view of the lake. We loved everything about this house! We would go back again!

Thank you for honoring us as your first guests. Your new (or atleast new to you) lake house is everything I imagine. The sweeping views of the lake, sunlight pouring into every room, the wind blowing through the trees, and the critters scurrying through the neighborhood. The memories and stories that will be made in this house will carry through the generations.
