This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Beautiful view!!! House was very clean and comfortable. Spiral staircase was a little tricky to navigate with luggage and a first floor powder room would be a nice add, but overall a great house!

Lake View Estate was by far the most beautiful vacation home I’ve ever stayed in. The weather was perfect and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The house was so clean and extremely welcoming. They even included a projector with a screen you could set up! We will 100% be using Railey Vacations every time we come back to Deep Creek. The ping pong/pool/air hockey table in the basement was a hit and we used that every night during our stay. Everything was so clean and it was such a cozy place that feels like home. We will be coming back to Deep Creek every year!

This is a gorgeous spot. A quiet neighborhood & a great view of the lake. Yes, there's some noise from 219, but mostly you hear the hawk in the treetops & the boats on the lake. Sun rises are amazing. If we were skiers this might not be a convenient place to get to WISP or whatever other slopes there are in the area, if we were boaters I don't know as this is particularly close to a launch or a marina, but we were here to relax, look at the greenery & do "nothing" & this house was great for it. This trip was my wife & I as well as my parents & we all had our own spaces when we wanted time apart but also comfortable common spaces while we were together. The house itself is lovely. Bit odd to only have an en suite bathroom on the main floor, but it isn't a huge big deal. We've passed on a list of maintenance concerns, but on the whole, our week here was great. Our only true "complaint" is the property listing a gaming table on the lower level which takes up the entire room so it can't be used for anything else, & at the same time can't actually be used because it is too big for the room despite being a half size pool table.

We had an amazing stay at this home. The place had everything you could possibly need and was not only in great condition but also very clean. The huge grill was great for cooking for the family each night. The hot tub was also amazing especially facing the beautiful views of the lake. Would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay again!
