We returned again this year to Lake N Log bringing with us a brand new grandchild. This house is perfect for us, our children and their spouses as well as six grandchildren under the age of seven. The children enjoyed swimming off the dock, fishing, the hot tub and the master bedroom shower was a big hit again this year. The grand kids love it! Everynight I heard “ grandmom can we use your shower “. Grandpop enjoys naps on the back deck. We made somemores at the fire pit, I love somemores! We enjoyed dinner on the deck most nights. I think by next year the owner will need to purchase a new umbrella for the deck table. I suggest this because we are coming back next year and I am looking forward to a shady spot on the deck. The view from the deck is so beautiful and serene. Well serene when the grandchildren are out with their parents for a hike! Thank you to the owners for keeping this property in good shape.

You're lakefront and have a private dock which is so nice. The house itself is big and spacious enough for a large group. We had plenty of room to hang out in the great room, decks, and at the water. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were really lovely. Downsides: is it a bit of a treck back up the hill to the house, there are so water amenities at the house (kayaks, life jackets, etc), the kitchen cabinets are not very organized and could use labeled, and I wish there was a fiepit outside.

Beautiful home that has everything one could want for a lakefront vacation. Plenty of room for all with amenities abound. Side enclosed porch with fireplace was perfect during a rain storm one evening. Waterfront seating was wonderful for R&R

We rented this home for a long weekend in October to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. There were 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children. We could not be more pleased with the house and our visit. The house is absolutely beautiful, well decorated and layout was great for our party. My husband and I chose the main level bedroom with beautiful bathroom. My step daughter and her family had the upstairs level with 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom. My step son and his family had the lower level with the bedroom, kids bunk room, family room and bathroom. It rained all weekend, but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. The kitchen and dining area were great for us to prepare meals together and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. My husband especially loved the screened porch/fireplace room which was directly off the kitchen area. We were able to enjoy the hot tub one night as well. The lake front views were beautiful from the decks and even from inside. We would definitely rent this home again and we were all sad to leave. We would love to come back in the summertime for vacation and explore the deep creek area. Thank you!! there is just one small issue that I had: the rental agreement stated that some complimentary firewood (I believe 2 packs) would be provided to homes with fireplaces. I pointed this out when picking up the keys, but was told that my rental didn't have a wood burning fireplace, which is not accurate because there was some wood for the porch fireplace already there from previous renters. we just bought more and then left some for the next renters. Not a big deal overall, but if something is advertised in writing, it should be honored.

We did not have the best weather but we had the best time! Lake N Log is perfect. Everything you want is supplied, even a crock pot. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We vacationed with our two children, their spouses and six grandchildren. Five grandchildren are under six. There was plenty of space for separation. The kids loved fishing from the dock. They loved the hot tub. The shower on the main floor is great and even convinced a reluctant two year old to shower with the help of his other cousins peering through the glass door, cheering him on to get his hair washed. His mom wore her bathing suit to help him shower! Great time was had by all. The grandparents went home exhausted.

The home was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Kitchen was big and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed the hot tub and the basement area was well loved by our younger guests. The fireplace room was a nice bonus!

This was the perfect house for our first family getaway! We were able to comfortably have both sets of grandparents, aunt and uncle and our little family of four. Loved all of the many beautiful spots to cozy up and spend time as a family together.

Very Nice House!! We did think we could have a fire in the framed in porch, but couldn’t . We really enjoyed our stay!!! Very spacious seating in kitchen and common area. Our family had a wonderful stay. We would stay here again.

A perfect weekend stay - from the time we entered the home with the amazing scent of pine wood from the gorgeous woodwork to the outdoor porch fireplace for nightly smores, our stay could not have been higher quality. The home is top notch throughout, with expansive rooms and luxurious touches like the heated floors in the master bath. Fresh snow and hot tub mornings and apres ski, we couldn't have wished for more...other than a gas fireplace on the main level if the wood burning fireplace will never be used. Just a thought for the owners. A stunning home and grounds! A++

Spending time with family! I’d also like to share my appreciation for the change in shuffleboard powder to one that did not contain peanuts. It allowed my entire family to enjoy the table and the downstairs area. The place is gorgeous and we especially love the fireplace on the enclosed porch!

Perfect lake furnishings

We had a fantastic time. The house was fantastic. A beautiful home with perfect lake furnishings. My three and five year old commented on how nice the house was. I have been staying on Deep Creek Lake for 30 years and this is my favorite location, central to most things and minutes away from the state park. We will definitely be renting this house again, I don't think we could stay anywhere else after this gorgeous house!

We stayed in the Lake N Logs over President's Day weekend. The house is gorgeous and was plenty of room for us girls. Gorgeous view of the lake as well. Nice and quiet community. We will definitely be back!

The cabin was clean and well furnished. We have stayed at Lake n Logs before and this visit was just as awesome as the last. The rental agency did a great job keeping the driveway clear of snow and getting around in the snow was not extremely difficult (with 4wd). The cabin is far enough from the main town and resort that it is very quiet and peaceful but close enough that amenities and skiing are not difficult to get to. The cabin is warm and comfortable and accommodated our party of 10 very well.
