Private Lake Front and community docks. Parking for dock is located on Carmel Cove Drive. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pontoon boats not recommended.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This home is nestled away in a quite spot with a great tree filled lot. This summer was my 2nd summer at this house and 5th summer at Deep Creek. The lot is private and has a great short path to the lake. We brought floats and had a great time hanging off the dock! The 3 levels gave everyone the perfect amount of space to recharge! The kitchen has everything you need to make family meals and dinning space for everyone to eat and play games! The basement. Pool table and TV space was great for the teenagers! Finally we loved the fire pit was great for s’mores!

This place is too close to everyone and you can hear peoples music and conversations. We asked the neighbors to quiet down because of their language and we had our grandchildren. Nope they were very inconsiderate.Do you take down bad reviews?

We want to thank you very much for taking the time to voice your disappointment with your stay. To answer your question, we do not take down bad reviews if they are fair assessments of the home a guest stayed in and how the quality or condition of the home affected the guests stay. In this case, it appears that the main complaint about the property were the neighbors, which is completely out of the control of the homeowner and the management company. We do understand how noisy neighbors using foul language late into the night can ruin a vacation, especially when you have children along. We do have customer service on call 24/7, and If we had known this was an issue at the time and not after the fact, we would have tried to intervene on your behalf, or depending on availability, moved you to a comparable, more secluded, and quiet location. We are terribly sorry you had a bad experience. Of course we would like to host you again if you decide on another Deep Creek Lake vacation in the future. -Susan, Railey Vacations

Great place with a lake view access. The location was next to Deep Creek State Park, close to the discovery center/beach area. Full kitchen, spacious. Only the basement A/C was working.

Our property was very clean and spacious for our group. There were even additional amenities that we were unaware. Overall it was a good stay. Several mattresses could use some updating, and instructions for the heat and TVs would have been helpful. Also, the property didn't have good access to the beautiful, larger part of the lake. The driveway was kind of rough and with the big bump in the middle cars could easily get damaged if not properly navigated.

Because bedding preferences can vary so greatly, it can be difficult to find a solution that is perfect for every guest. That said, feedback is always shared with the homeowner and is always appreciated and considered. We’ve also shared your suggestion for heat and television instructions with the homeowner as well as your concern regarding the driveway. Given the terrain, most driveways in Deep Creek are a bit challenging and we do encourage guests to arrive in AWD/4WD vehicles whenever possible. We do want to be aware of any potentially damaging features, though, and appreciate you pointing out the bump you noticed in the driveway. Further, if you found that a home on a different part of the lake would better suit your group next time, our wonderful reservationists can assist you in finding a rental that meets this need and any others you may have. We loved the home and honestly the best part was the temperature of the shower water and the amazing water pressure. It was a great place for us to all hang out and spend time together, also close to the dock!

It was a lot bigger than we needed for a honeymoon but for a big family it would be good. The trip was very nice but it would have been nicer with better views and a dock. The free firewood was a nice touch.

Overall we were very satisfied. We enjoyed being on the quiet part of the lake. We prefer a home with a private beach/dock area but found these homes are much more expensive to rent. We will probably rent this home again.

The house was well-furnished with both furniture and cooking items, i.e., pots, pans, etc. Although the view of the lake is obscured by the foliage in the summer and early fall, it is a short walk to the dock on the lake. Pool table and dart board were nice distractions.

Wow! “Imagine That” was a great place to stay for our missions team from Smithsburg Valley Church. It was clean, comfy and had lots of extras like the hot tub and pool table! After a long day of mission work it was a great place to escape too.

Our family was only at Imagine Tha!t for two full days, but we wished we stayed longer! The pool table was a fun diversion, the kitchen lends itself to great group time with the open concept, and we had a beautiful view of the lake. There was more than enough space for our little group of 5. Highly recommend!
