Located in the Lakewood Townes Community, this home is in the center of it all, making it simple to access any activity no matter the season. During the Winter season pack up your snow gear and check out the slopes for a fun filled day of skiing or snowboarding. Or head over to the Deep Creek Fun Zone to spend the afternoon playing arcade games and enjoy fresh pizza! There’s plenty to do in the Summer as well! Take a quick walk down to the community lake access and relax out on the assigned dock, and don’t forget to check out the array of restaurants across the lake accessible by car or boat! After an action-packed day, head home for an evening of relaxation in front of the warm wood fireplace in the main level living room for a family movie night or soak your muscles in the warm hot tub! No matter the season, this home has all your needs. Book your stay now!

Hook, Wine & Sinker was the perfect rental for our family. Our kids, age 7 and 11, enjoyed the easy access to the lake. We enjoyed playing foosball, using the hot tub, and sitting on the deck while enjoying coffee.

This townhouse was absolutely immaculate and offered the most beautiful views of the lake! It was the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway; so incredibly relaxing. Whether sitting in the living room, on the upper deck or lower patio you have beautiful views of the lake! Just a few steps and you're in the water or on the dock! Highly recommend!

Could use some extra TLC

I had my expectations set high since this was listed as “new” & a “signature collection home”. The place was nice, but could use a little extraTLC. Both deck areas were covered with leaves, tree branches and cobwebs. Luckily we found a broom in the closet & was able to clean it up a bit. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned off since fall. It could use a good clean off with a leaf blower especially since these are some of the main areas that are going to be used. The couch in the living room is extremely uncomfortable & both chairs had stains on them. The kitchen cupboards & drawers seemed to be filled with lots of extra stuff that was just left behind & things that were very well used. In the master bedroom there was a large wall decoration propped up against the dresser. Looks like it was hanging above the bed & was hung using push pins for a bulletin board. Lastly, we had someone show up to service the hot tub. We didn’t request this as we didn’t even attempt to use it. My husband & I were sitting out on the deck & my daughter was inside & said someone was knocking on the door. As I was approaching the door he was entering a code & opening it. This I found very unsettling. We did let him service it & rather than go down from the living room area he went down through our bedroom. Just made me wonder who else could have accessed our place while we were there.Again it’s a nice place, but could use some updating & a little extra care with cleaning.

Regarding the unexpected visit from the hot tub service provider, we apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort this may have caused. However we do have our hot tubs set up to be regularly maintenance before, halfway, and after rentals. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps us improve our services and accommodations. Perfect townhouse for our family of five. We had lots of space and everything we needed during our stay. Particularly loved the fireplace and hot tub after a cold day on the slopes!

View was great. Right at water. Could do better with obtaining updated and unexpensive things at a thriftstore. Could not figure out how to set up Dvd players as they did not have attchment cords.
