    Ski In/Ski Out Community homes and units are located within a community deemed Ski In/Ski Out, however, the home itself may require you to walk a very short distance and/or cross a road by foot to reach the lift. Some homes under Lake Front, Lake Access or Lake Area may also be considered a Ski In/Ski Out Community property.
  3. Limited Lake Access
    Any home which does not come with any type of direct access to the lake for swimming or vessels, but does offer other lake-related activities, which include fishing and a lakeside picnic pavilion. Communities with this designation may also potentially offer many other great benefits, such as beautiful mountaintop views, quiet communities, great locations, and more. You can reserve a boat ahead of time at a local marina or access the lake for swimming through the public state park, which offers a sandy beach.

Surrounded by lush trees, the log-style home provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Located less than a mile from the exhilarating ski slopes of Wisp Resort, it's a haven for winter sports enthusiasts. The interior boasts an open concept design, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, living, and dining areas. A focal point of the living room is the large stone fireplace, creating a warm ambiance for relaxation. For entertainment, the lower level features a game room/den complete with a pool table and wet bar, providing a lively space for friendly competition and socializing. Step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck to enjoy your morning coffee before heading out for a day of adventure. Spend your summer days hiking the local state parks, rent a boat to explore the lake, or enjoy plenty of other local activities. In the winter, spend you time on the slopes enjoying the snow before coming back and relaxing in the soothing hot tub or around the outdoor fireplace under the covered side deck. Honey Hole is not just a home; it's an immersive experience, combining comfort, recreation, and the beauty of Deep Creek Lake's natural surroundings.


ACCESS DETAILS:

Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. Access is for fishing and use of lakeside pavilion only. No swimming, kayaking, or launching of other vessels permitted.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. All of the beds were comfortable and I appreciated having black out curtains and extra blankets. We had a wonderful time. We were only disappointed by the distance from the house to the ski slope.
