Whether looking for indoor pleasures or outdoor delights, Falling Rock will keep you coming back!

This was our first time here. We were four families and each one of us loved the place. Beautiful and well organized place, amazing views, and easy access to the stores and everything. Exactly as described on the website. So many things to do and play inside the house. So clean and well equipped. We absolutely enjoyed every single second here and definitely will be back!

It's been said that nothing ever stays the same. Well, that doesn't apply to the Smallwood family's love of Falling Rock. Each year we look forward to spending time together - comepeting in Olympic games, singing karaoke, riding on the boat, putting puzzles together, playing board/card games, and eating meals together (prepared by the family) on the deck. It's been another great trip and we plan on making more great memories next year. Thanks grandma, and grandpa for making this a wonderful experience.

It is everything as pictured!!! Lots of pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes/glasses! A huge refrig too! It was great having our private dock to swim and just relax in a chair. A grocery store, fun lands, restaurants and gift shops are only 10 minutes away from the house! I was disappointed that the bathroom with its's high tub didn't have grab bars for us grandparents to aid in getting out. The hot tub was not used b/c the water was very dirty and that was a big disappointment.All in all, we will be booking a week for next year to go back and have fun!

We all had a great time for only short time we stayed here. It went by so fast. We loved how calm it is in this house, but most of all we loved the hot tub and the basement. The house was very clean and very well kept. Thank you for having us. We can't wait to come back!

Another great year at Deep Creek! We really enjoyed this home so much! Your upgrades this year were noticeable to all! We love the location of your house and enjoyed all of the amenities. The dock was our favorite place to hang out. We loved the games, pool, karaoke, and all of the downstairs game room offered. We loved the short drive to enjoy the mountain coaster and the Honi Honi. This location was absolutely beautiful. We went on this vacation as a bachelor party trip for my brother on the lake and had the best of times the weather was not so great but all of the amenities in the house kept us busy and having fun for the time we could not be out on the lake. This is definitely a must book rental spot as the pictures do not do it justice.

Falling Rock is a MUST BOOK! We loved our stay. The home was clean and provided plenty of space for our family to enjoy. We loved the poker table, shuffleboard, and pool. Great even on a rainy weekend!

The house was terrific. It was very clean and had tremendous facilities including media room, outdoor fireplace on deck, lake access, etc. The street was very quiet and the location was, for us, excellent near all we needed. This was our 4th summer in deep creek lake, and I have tried to rent falling rock before but was never open the weeks we had available. This was the best place we have ever rented, and we trust Railey always use them for the great service

Just finished our 4th summer week at Falling Rock and we are booked again for 2024. The grandkids love it! It's a lovely, quiet spot near the state park with very comfortable accommodations. I spent a Fall week there in 2022 with elderly friends and it's beautiful and we'll set up for anyone using a walker. Hope to be there again in October.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had 4 adults and 2 elementary school aged-children and the house was perfect with some room to spare. The main area had plenty of comfortable seating and the open concept kitchen was fantastic. Having all of the non-kid bedrooms be nearly identical made it very easy to choose a room so no one felt slighted. Mattresses and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had a rental home. The kids bunk bed room was perfect. Very solid and super fun for the kids. Amazing views no matter what room you are in. The outside dining table next to the fireplace was perfect for calm mornings and breakfast. Hot tub was a fun addition as well. The house was very clean and well organized - nothing felt old or dingy like a lot of rental homes do. We loved the firepit and being so close to the water. Having such a large basement space was great for the kids to run around and play and let the adults have some space. Even the shower heads were nice with great water pressure. We were incredibly impressed and felt like we really lucked out. Super easy check-in and check-out process as well. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This was our first time visiting Deep Creek Lake and it won't be our last! This home had everything you could imagine for a perfect vacation getaway. Great layout to the home, lots of things to do, well stocked kitchen for cooking, very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and having private access to the lake was the best!

This house is lovely! We enjoyed our stay over spring break. The teenagers enjoyed hanging out downstairs playing pool, watching movies in the theater room and relaxing in the hot tub. The adults enjoyed sitting on the deck with a beautiful view and relaxing by the outdoor fire place.

House is in a great, quiet location right on the lake and about 15 minutes to WISP. One mile walk to the State Park beach area. Would be the perfect location in the summer months. Very clean, great layout, and spacious...definitely enough room for large family (we had 9 guests). We had a few, non urgent maintenance issues we communicated to Railey, but nothing that really impacted our stay. A few suggestions for the owner to improve: add hooks/racks for towels, wet bathing suits or snow gear; cable TV quality is very poor (would expect HD in a house at this price point); get a normal trash can for the kitchen. Overall, had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

This house has a great set up for four adult couples and a bunkbed room for the kids. Floor plan is very well thought out and offers plenty of personal space along with common areas.

We've stayed in several houses around the lake over the years. Unfortunately, for a rental at this price point, it fell below our expectations. Not one we would rent again in the future.

A beautiful, spacious, immaculate home with something for every age. The kitchen is stocked abundantly. Waterfront is kid friendly. The squeaky floors were a problem at bedtime.

Excellent house for large families

This house worked very well for us. We had a blast. 5 adults, six kids. Excellent location right across the lake from the ice cream shop and the Honi Honi bar, both of which you can dock your boat at. The kids loved the bunk bed room - we have found that nice rental homes with bunk beds are tricky to find in Deep Creek so this one was perfect. Private dock was awesome (kids swam all week long), as was having a real fire pit and an outdoor fireplace to choose from. We used both. Air conditioning worked very well (we've also had bad luck with this in the past). We had some hot days and the house was chilly cool the entire time. Basement was awesome with tons of games and TVs. Only complaint would be that many of the light fixtures on the main level were confusing and the some of the switches didn't work. We flipped countless switches that seemed to turn nothing on. It was often too dark particularly in the kitchen area. All that said, we would totally come back to this house again. Wishing we were there right now...

This is our second time at Falling Rock. Great location and breathtaking view of the lake. Liked having a fireplace both inside and out plus a firepit. Hot tub was a big hit due to the fact that it was still a little chilly to go into the water.

This was a perfect spot for our annual girlfriends getaway. We were a group of 7 and everyone had their own bed and plenty of hang out space. We planned to explore the area but instead chose to hang out at this house since it was so nice. Very relaxing and everything was clean! Would highly recommend!

The house became our home for one glorious week! We said goodbye to summer and welcomed the onset of a beautiful fall! The natural setting of the house and user-friendly beach and dock extended our outside time for grandparents to grandchildren and millennials! The playhouse was a big hit! Also, the proximity to hiking and the Discovery Center, town and to Wisp, was incredible. The house was perfect for our one rainy day - pool, skeet, foosball provided great entertainment. We brought our own games, but were surprised to discover the cache of games found in a cupboard. The fireplace on the deck was appreciated as was the hot tub. We will figure out another time to visit Falling Rock!

Falling Rock is a beautiful house located on a great part of the lake. The house is comfortable with plenty of room to accommodate a large family gathering. Plenty of activities with the basement game room and media room. Easy walk to a fantastic dock where we spent most of our time. Falling Rock was a perfect fit for our family vacation!

This was a beautiful home and we enjoyed it immensely. I do suggest adding a few improvements for the elderly or mobility impaired. The stairs to the lower level really need a handrail (preferably on both sides). As a family gathering spot this oversight needlessly locks the elderly or mobility impaired from the lower lever. At least one of the showers should have grab bars installed. All would be even better. Maybe a railing of some type down to the docks. (Surely, that is costlier and more problematic. But as a family gathering house it's a shame to lock the elderly away from certain areas.) A few more outdoor lounge type chairs on the deck would add. Also, just want to mention a rotten board on the upper deck outside the kitchen side master suite. Board # 14 from the door needs to be replaced. Squeaky floor in the kitchen at the sink area could use some attention. But again, fabulous home. Great spot. We hope to rent again in the future.

Great week at Falling Rock with my children and grandchildren. The kids were thrilled with the lake close by for swimming, the hot tub, and the playhouse. They also enjoyed the bunk room. The adults had a relaxing week with all the amenities one could hope for: well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, easy access for unloading. It was great and we're all looking forward to making it an annual excursion!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything about the house was exactly what we were looking for. We had a little bit of trouble trying to get the grill to light and could not find a key to open the trash but they are both very small issues. Overall was an awesome weekend!

This house is nicely laid out with two personal bedrooms on the first and basements floors, along with an additional bunk room sleeping 7 on the first floor. Open space, indoor and outdoor fireplace along with a fire pit and great lake view!

This was our first experience at Falling Rock and everyone loved the house! Location is perfect, the lake view is amazing and the rooms fit our groups needs perfectly. The only down side is there is only 1 refrigerator and in the main room in the basement where the pool table is a TV in that room would be great!!
