Great place to stay depending what you are looking for

My husband and I booked this townhouse on a whim for an impromptu weekend getaway. The location is great and an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The hot tub was clean and provided a private place to relax and unwind. The water pressure in the shower was incredible. The view out the back was lovely. A few cons for us... The first night we were there the neighbors partied late into the night and it made it difficult to sleep. If you are a night owl this would probably not be an issue for you. Second, while overall the place was clean, the upholstery and windows could use some attention. We just used one of the extras sheets to sit on the couch for an extra layer of protection. If you don't plan on spending much time in the townhouse, this would not be an issue for you. Ultimately I would recommend this place to others depending on what they were looking for, but wouldn't stay again myself. I am looking forward to trying out one of the more secluded Railey properties though to avoid the noise.

Location was perfect for hitting the slopes at Wisp. We originally thought the home had only 2 levels and were suprised that it had 3. 2 bedrooms on the top level, main level had a nice sized living room with fireplace amd kitchen. Basement had washer/dryer and another living room with fireplace. Every level had a bathroom and deck. Basement patio had a nice sized hot tub that overlooked the lake. My only complaint would be the difficulty starting the gas fireplaces and the super small TV's in bedrooms. Furniture was a little outdated but was fine. Overall a great vacation spot and would totally reccomend. Seeing the house in person was much nicer than seeing the pictures online.

The description of the property was "lake view"; however, the trees in front of the property need to be cleared so renters can actually have a view of the lake.

the property was spotless equipped with everything we needed for a great mini vacation, linens, towels, appliances all provided in house...very spacious with nice views of trees and lake out back...everything worked properly! hot tub is very big on back porch which we spent alot of time in during thunderstorm! my only concern is the plug in electric grill, i think it should be a propane grill for one of those days it rained the e tire day and we couldnt use grill for plug was laying in water on deck, grill outlet was wet also and of course water n electricity dont mix lol ppl do grill in all types of weather rain or snow so we didnt take a chance on plugging it in outlet wet during storm, propane or charcoal would be my recommendation...other than that we are very pleased with our rental and will be back! thank you
