  1. Split Lake Front
    Any property that borders on the buffer strip, but there is a road between the house and the water. The property owner owns the land on the other side of the road, but you must cross the road to access the water for swimming or use of the dock (if applicable). Split Lake Front does not necessarily mean you have a view of the water, since much of our shoreline is wooded.
  2. Lake Access
    Any property that has a specific, dedicated place to access the water for swimming or a boat dock (if applicable). The property owner does not own the access area. You may be able to walk to the water or you may need to drive to the area, depending on the particular property. Most Lake Access areas are designated by the community or HOA.

Looking for a Cool Change of scenery? This charming split lakefront home is the place to be. With a contemporary feel throughout, a variety of games and entertainment areas, and awesome back patio area, Cool Change has plenty to offer any guest. Shoot a game of pool after dinner or challenge each other in a game of ping pong on the outside ping pong table. Hang out by the outdoor fireplace, soaking in the afternoon sunshine on the huge back patio space, or relax in the hot tub. Just minutes away from the four season Wisp Resort and a short walk to your personal dock slip, there can be fun here all year round. Stuck with a rainy day? Have no fear! The huge sectional in the main living room was made for rainy day movie marathons and the 2 stone fireplaces in the home are sure to keep you warm on those chillier days too! Book your stay and see what a Cool Change of pace can do for you!

ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake Access and dock slip are located across Marsh Hill Rd and slightly to the left of the Villages of Wisp lake access parking lot. Guests of Cool Change are not permitted to park in this parking lot. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
