Access for up to 6 guests at a time at the DC Highlands Community Associations amenities, including use of the community pool, pavilion, restrooms, tennis/pickle-ball court, basketball court, and playground.
Community Outdoor Swimming Pool: Open Father's Day Weekend - Labor Day, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. daily.


This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Great family getaway at Deep Creek/Chubby Bunny

This was our family's first visit to Deep Creek and we had a great time. Chubby Bunny was the perfect size for our family - 10 ppl. the house was clean & well stocked. it was a short walk to the community center (pool & Tennis Courts) and short drive to lake access for boat rentals. We loved the deck space that Chubby Bunny Offered and the kids enjoyed the games in the basement. we will be back next Summer!

House was very nice with a well-equipped kitchen. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood but close to skiing, tubing, restaurants, etc. Spectacular views from the back of the house. As advertised. Maybe better than advertised!

Great place overall. Lots of usable space and comfortable. Could use some TLC, however: busted screens, broken chairs in dining area and we had to jury-rig to charcoal grill to use it. Nicely equipped kitchen.

Great house with plenty of space. Very well stocked and organized kitchen, plenty of sitting space, great number of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate all guests. Great for a large group of 10+. The lake community/property management was responsive and helpful when trying to request late check-out and provided great details about entering, items needed, and check-out instructions.

Great house for a group our size. We all enjoyed our stay, and loved the privacy and lake view. The house is nicely furnished. We cleaned surfaces when we arrived as they were dirty especially the dining table and stair railings. Sliding screen doors need replaced.
