The Lake Pointe community offers a tennis court, a common lake front area with boat dock, where your dedicated boat slip is waiting for you, and a lakeside deck with seating. ACCESS DETAILS:
There are three sets of docks located along the lakefront of this community. All are available for access by community guests. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Very nice, clean house. Spacious and accommodating for 8 people. Pictures are accurate as shown. Short walk to Wisp (3 min) and to the dock (1 min). Having your own slip on the dock is great, for your own watercraft, or for delivery (by boat). Would certainly stay again. Also, office seemed well run and organized.

We had an awesome trip! We loved access to the boat dock. Railey did an outstanding job at responding to our concerns. The only reason we wouldn’t recommend this Is because in the future we are looking a larger place for more people. The home was appropriately priced.

Our family really enjoyed our week at Cabin and Canoe. It was within walking distance to the Mountain Coaster, and other activities, and an easy drive to restaurants. The house is lovely and roomy enough for 8 of us.

The location is great and directly across the street from Wisp so walking back and forth was a plus. The house is not huge but makes very good use of space. Only suggestion would be to have a place to hang coats, snow clothes in entryway since closets are occupied with HVAC/water heater or locked for owners use only.

The rental was very clean, and very close to the slopes. It was a 2 minute walk from our front door to Wisp lodge.

Our rental experience was wonderful! We were a group of 6 and this house was the perfect size. We had just a few issues with things not working but it was brought to the rental company's attention and things were fine. The property is in a perfect location where there is not a need to drive everywhere. You could walk to the lake and the WISP, and the kids even walked to Funland one of the days. The neighborhood is very nice! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning a trip back next year!

Location was great. The house itself was great minus two things.<br /><br />!. the main reason we booked this property was because a garage was shown in the pictures and nothing was said about it not being accessible. As you know, it is not easy or fun cleaning off a vehicle covered in ice and snow. It should be listed that the garage is not available.<br /><br />2. The fireplace was gas. We brought wood to burn as we were under the impression it was a wood fire place. That should be specified as well. other than that, our stay was great!

We had a great time at this spot on DCL, even though the slopes closed early this winter. This home is close to everything and extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Will stay again.
