Follow Boone’s Trail and find your way to Deep Creek Lake! This open concept lake access mountain chalet awaits your adventure! Surrounded by a grassy level yard, kids will have the perfect place to run around before enjoying a relaxing evening around the campfire. A soak in the bubbles of the hot tub can make any day a great day after being out and about and around the lake. With plush furnishings, cozy beds, and stylish decor, days spent inside are just as great as ones spent outside. As the weather gets colder gather around the fireplace as your favorite movies play and snow cascades outside the floor to ceiling windows. Whether you are gathering as friends or family discovering Boone’s Trail and the heart of Deep Creek Lake is sure to create some memories!

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Deep Creek Stay

This home is located in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood that is less than 5 mins from the State Park. The surrounding area is beautiful. Check-in was easy & the property management company does an excellent job at communicating all pertinent information via email. The property had all amenities it advertised; hot tub was clean & worked great. The overall cleanliness was good, clean towels, clean sheets & bedding however, the property is definitely in need of a deep cleaning & some updated window blinds that are functional.

This is amazing to hear Heather!! We here at Railey’s and the homeowners work together to provide the best rental experience possible and we are glad to here when we have achieved this goal! It’s great that the home, location, and amenities all came together to provide each person all they needed and more. We will pass along the information concerning the window blinds to the homeowner for future improvements. This house was perfect for our long weekend stay at Deep Creek. There were 6 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space. The house is beautiful and looks to be newly updated. A great space for a trip away with family!

Boone's Trail is a beautiful home in a great area. It does need a bit of updating and care but could be an exceptional property more likely for 8 than for 10.

We arrived Monday June 13th and had an issue with the entry code. Called and it was fixed within about 5 minutes. Woke up Tuesday to no air conditioning and spent the rest of our stay without it. Railey did bring us some fans (after my wife called and told them how uncomfortable it was in there hrs later after reporting the ac problem)but the house stayed around 90 and a little uncomfortable. The house in all was ok and could use some updates like remote operated blinds on the upper living room and master bedroom to help control the amount of sun coming into the house. Needs some screens replaced on lower bedroom window with the 2 full beds. (Would have been nice to open that window when we had no air) Also the screen was missing for the lower level slider. Fire ring needs an upgrade and the pots and pans need upgraded. The pool table was our entertainment and was fun but we all had to share 1 cue stick because 1 was broken and the other had no tip.

we had 10 people at the house and it was perfect. the location, cleanliness, remote check-in, etc. I recommend renting a pontoon boat for a day on the lake, because we had a blast. We plan on coming back next year and this is where I want to stay. Not to mention the fire pit is perfect for hanging out in the back yard. (Reviewed on Airbnb)

My husband and I always spend our Anniversary at our favorite place, Deep Creek. We enjoy being able to take our dog along and the variety of homes to choose from. Boone’s Trail did not disappoint! Nice home, property & neighborhood with plenty of great amenities! Thank you!

Overall it was a reasonably comfortable place for us for a short trip, but I would prefer to stay in nicer and more modern accommodations closer to the woods.

Nice location and great yard for my dog. Outdoor furniture needs updating. Master bed very comfortable

We loved the house and the location for our extended family getaway weekend. The pool table and hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. The built in baby gate at the top of the steps was perfect for our family as we were traveling with small children. Our only minor complaints were that the home lacked in ample extra blankets, we could have brought more if we had known, and the water was not turned on when we arrived. We spoke to Jessica at the realty office. During our initial phone call, we got disconnected and we waited 15 min but she didn't call us back or even remember speaking to us when we called back. We thought that was odd. Although she did handle our water issue swiftly by calling maintenance she was not overly friendly. We loved that we did not have to go to the rental office to check in and we had a code to enter the cabin on our own. Overall we had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect for our family.

Best Christmas getaway!

I booked this house for our family to spend Christmas. On the day that we arrived, the water was not working, so I called the maintenance number on hand. They sent someone over right away and he fixed the water within the hour. The check-in and check-out process could not be easier. Only a 15 min drive to the Wisp Resort, the hot tub worked perfectly, and we loved the Christmas tree and decorations provided in the home. Overall had the most incredible stay and a very happy holiday :)

Cozy Vacation

We felt the house had a warm cozy feel to it. Plenty of bedrooms for us all. TV didn't have many channels but we had a robust so my sons could watch their football games. Also not enough forks for 12 people but we bought plastic forks for our Thanksgiving dinner. The last thing was no sheets for the futon in the master bedroom, definitely need a set for that. These weren't major things but they need to be addressed. We will definitely book this place again.

Amazing Weekend

We rented this house a well deserved weekend getaway with friends. The house was above expectations. We arrive early and the staff was happy to help us with an early checkin. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will definitely recommend this to family and friends. We are looking forward to our next trip.

This house is lovely with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are super comfortable. Not having to go into the office to check in or out was a treat. We did not get to go to the pool or use the hot tub due to time, but the fact that it was an option was a bonus. The oven worked without an issue (I know someone put in a review it wasn't working). Beautiful home.

The house is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Everything was clean and in great condition with the exception of the oven which we couldn't get to turn on. There were no complaints from any of the guest staying there.

Great house that needs some update on the appliances. Dish washer and oven are partially functional. We would love to come back if they are either fixed or replaced. This was as of mid Jan.
