House was nice. Clean. Nice amenities. But…. The second story railing on the balcony outside was dangerous, very loose and ready to fall off. Also, we didn’t have any air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly the whole stay.

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. There was plenty of room for us all to hang out without feeling cramped. The multiple video games were loved by the young children as well as the adults! Everything was as pictured on the website. My only comment would be that some of the beds (especially those on the top floor) and quite high off the ground and could be difficult for someone with mobility issues to get into bed.

I stayed here with a large group (18 people), and it was a perfect place. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, comfortable for lots of people to hang out in, and stocked with *tons* of seating all around the place. Everything was clean, check-in was easy, views were beautiful, the pool and hot tubs are major bonuses, and my communications with the staff were professional and clear. My only piece of feedback - and it's very minor - is that communication via Airbnb about non-urgent things was not always successful. I had to send messages about a few different minor things, and when I got responses, they didn't always answer my whole question. Additionally, the online portal for the house didn't contain all the instructions/details it was supposed to. The one urgent thing we called about (a small water leak) was addressed immediately and professionally. 100% recommend!

I booked this house for my husband’s 40th birthday and it did not disappoint. It was very spacious that 10 adults were able to stay and not feel as though we were on top of each other. The pool and hot tubs were amazing. The open space with the fireplace and wrap around deck with amazing views were more then we could ask for. We wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed all the amenities. I definitely plan on booking this house again during the summer. I will say the parking has potential to become a problem especially if the house next door is booked. We almost ran into that problem this time, but thankfully we were able to work it out (we had 6 cars and the next house had 7).

The home was beautiful, we enjoyed it greatly, my biggest concern was that none of the inside doors locked . This mainly included the shared bathrooms downstairs , and the bedrooms. We were not able to have a secured private space, which as adults was a BIG inconvenience, just not being able to lock the door while /after taking a shower was a problem. I’m also not sure of why the lock was put on backwards to lock from the bathroom side and not the bedroom side(if the lock was working it wouldn’t have made sense). The sliding doors were heavy and hard as hell to slide open, I’m not sure if the tracks just needed oil or if there weren’t wheels on them intentionally, but they hurt to open and it took 2-3 people to close them. I stayed in the LL bdrm on the backside under the kitchen ( don’t pick this room if you want to sleep in) I was unaware of what 10 ppl. and babies sounded like awake in the kitchen. These were just some things that were pointed out honestly since I was asked, BUT PLEASE KNOW WE LOVED IT AND ENJOYED OUR STAY SO MUCH! It rained the most of our stay but that didn’t slow or stop anything. Kitchen appliances/amen. should be updated because they Had EVERYTHING

The house met our needs of 8 adults and 7 young children. The appointment of bedrooms worked very well for multiple families. The pool was warm and well maintained. Has some issues with door code . We had 5 vehicles but the house right next door had, at times 11. Created some getting parked in problems and required us to park below at condo spots.

Absolutely beautiful. If you're thinking about it, then do it. Well worth it. The home was enough accommodation for my family of 8. The vicinity to activities, stores, and the lake was perfect. It rained for two days while there, but because of the activities provided in the home and the pool, we were all satisfied. Kitchen was perfect for my cooking family. What a great time and we'll use your facility again. Thank you 😊

This home is amazing! And Railey Vacations Property Mgt is awesome also! The view, the decor, the amenities all top of the line. We had kids with us so the video games were just the best! I love this home! The pool was a great plus too! Everything in the house worked!! I wish we were still there! It’s worth every penny!! We can’t wait to rebook and go back again!!

This was a wonderful home for our group of 12! Nice common area for gathering and a nice dining area. Kitchen needs more silverware and pots and pans but is pretty well stocked. A great view of the slopes!

This house was perfect for our large group with a wide range of kids ages. Plenty of space to spread out, pool is a perfect way to wear the kids out, and has pretty much 2 of everything you'd need. Appliances are large and accommodating. Our group really enjoyed their stay all around!

Highly recommend staying at Boats & Snow! A very short drive to Wisp or stay in and enjoy the luxury accommodations! The heated pool, two hot tubs and several incredible arcade games made family time extra fun! Everything you need for a fantastic vacation is here!

Location was nice. The pool was nice, the water was a bit chilly though. Would have been nice to have it heated warmer for my grandson. The property was nice but we didn't care for the interruptions from maintenance during our stay. Day 1 the rental company had a cable repairman coming to replace a cable box and when the repairman showed up he didn't know what he was supposed to fix so we had to call the rental company and give my phone to the cable man so they could talk to each other. I mentioned about the cold water so they sent out a pool maintenance person the same day and he said he adjusted the heater to heat the water to 84 which was still chilly. Then again on day 4 the pool maintenance guy showed up unannounced to check the chemicals in the pool and we don't get up early while on vacation. Luckily my daughter was up and let him in but with the lack of privacy on the main floor (no curtains) she was downstairs in her pajamas and since we were checking out the next day I don't understand why the pool technician didn't show up then to add the chemicals because we were not allowed to use the pool for an hour after he left and if he had to add more chemicals it would have been 2 hours. Other than that the property was nice, but a lot of steps.

We had a great time. The house was large enough for all. Lots of kitchen items to use. The large deck was wonderful.

We really had a lovely time at Boats & Snow for our "Family Vacation"! The home is lovely and the kitchen is great. Location is also very good. Favorite memory of the trip? Too many to pick from... Birthday piñata and party, swimming pool, sunset on the deck, chatting around the fire in back, hikes, pontoon boat....Lots of fun!

Our stay at Boats & Snow was wonderful. It's hard to find a home to fit our large family and this was perfect. The kitchen was amazing and well thought out. We had everything we needed. As far as the amenities, having the pool is a plus. It was a very nice pool and a great place to sit and warm up onthe cold days. the hot tubs were also well used. For our family, it was about being togther. The house was well designed for gathering space, but also had things to do on each floor such as pool tables, arcade and video games which also gave everyone space to do what they wanted. We would definitely go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the outdoor activities around the lake.

Comfortable house in a convenient location. Great views of the lake and ski resort. Great house for big families. Well stocked kitchen. Beds were all comfortable. No extra blankets so if you run cold, bring some with you.

Great house, very spacious, super clean, pretty furnishings. Two or more of everything...hot tub, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, grill...which is so critical for 20 people! Pool was awesome, perfect temp. Needs a few mechanical fixes throughout the house and it would be a 5 easy. Hopefully they take care of it all for the next guests!

Our family spent a wonderful weekend in Deep Creek and Railey Rentals provided top notch service! From the welcome bag, to the visit from a technician for an ice maker problem, they were kind, helpful and extremely courteous. We would book another rental through Railey in a heartbeat. The home we rented was immaculate, and perfect for our large extended family, and everyone had a great time! Thanks for the memories!
