Recently remodeled, you'll find attention to detail throughout and charming touches sure to delight. Savor a cup of coffee on the spacious back deck, the swaying and rusting of the leaves serenading you with a twittering natural symphony. Cherish some family time spent in the great room watching movies and enjoying the warmth of the fireplace. Kids will love battling each other on foosball table located at the top of the spiral staircase. Looking for on-the-water fun? Your private dock is the spot, whether you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, or simply appreciating the view. Not too far off the beaten path, you'll find area activities close by, like state parks, golf, skiing and restaurants within a short drive. Blue Spruce is sure to be a family favorite for years to come!


ACCESS DETAILS:
This property comes with private lake access and a private dock. Note: The owner keeps a boat in the center slip. Additional space is available on the side of the dock. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property. The house's floor plan is perfect for family activities and the grounds are relaxing and fun to explore. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the house actually has 4-1/2 bathrooms (4 full and a powder room), all newly renovated since our last visit 2 years ago. Blue Spruce served as an excellent base for a fun-filled week.

Truly an amazing house on a beautiful lake! My friends and I had an amazing weekend relaxing jumping off the dock, sitting in the hot tub, and watching movies on the huge couch. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us and it was a great space. We would totally visit again!

Blue Spruce is a beautiful home and made for a fantastic, relaxing winter getaway. The home and its amenities are phenomenal. Great ambiance with the wood fireplaces and lake views through the snow covered trees. I could see it being incredible in the summer as well. A great home in a great area that is close enough to restaurants, stores, and activities while maintaining that secluded feel.

It was great to be right on the lake. Even in December, we went for a nice cold plunge in the water! The fireplace was a definite plus afterward! Railey's was great to work with. We had some shifts to make with paperwork, and they accommodated our requests right away.

Good place to stay with friends for the weekend. But the sheets in 1 of the beds had dried blood on them and the maintenance was rude about replacing them. No apology or anything. Phone orperatornneeds better training.

Absolutely lovely home! There was so much to do on the property to keep us entertained. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening while watching the sun set! Two outdoor fire pits and a hot tub made evenings enjoyable. The home was stocked with games and books for rainy days. The central location on the lake was convenient. We have been coming to Deep Creek for over twenty years and our vacation at Blue Spruce was the best by far!

Brought all my sisters in from FL and OH for a sisters week - talk about an amazing place to have this!!! The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen amenities were top notch. Now about that dock - WOW!!!! Sitting around the dock with my 5 sisters made the week so wonderful!!! This home is a slice of heaven!!!! I would rate this home a 10 if possible!!! Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next visit to Blue Spruce!!!!

Our first visit to Deep Creek Lake was very enjoyable, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. From the moment we stepped into the house, we were pleased with our selection. The house was clean, well stocked, and had everything that we needed.The only “con” that I have is that the mattresses weren’t all that comfortable, as others have mentioned. However, that wouldn’t stop us from renting this house again. Having a private dock was especially nice, and we enjoyed sitting there taking in the beautiful views. We also rented a boat and explored the area for a day. The wooded property was fun, especially with my 2-year-old granddaughter who had fun discovering new things in the outdoors.

Our group (the Steelerettes NFL Cheerleaders for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1961-1970) has been coming to Deep Creek for the last 12 years (save last year due to Covid) and each year we always have a great, fun time. Lots and lots of memories.

We had a fantastic time! Blue Spruce gave an amazing vibe. I wanted to move there by the end of the weekend. The couch in the main living room is the comfiest thing I've ever sat on. Everything was so cozy. We did get rained out one day so we wished at least part of the back porch had a roof. The hot tub was awesome and the path to the lake was beautiful.

We absolutely loved the setting. Two couples had more than enough room. We didn't even use the second floor. Loved the two fireplaces and that there were two places to hang out. Loved the property and beautiful snow covered trees. Hot tub was great and was in a great location. Kitchen was quite large. I would book here again in the winter months!! Nice quiet location. Easy driveway for getting in and out in the snow. Lovely decor throughout the house. New mattresses in first floor rooms is suggested, but we made it work. You won't be disappointed in this property!

Just what we needed during 2020! Family time away to enjoy each other and nature. House was perfect, with plenty of space to spread out for virtual learning. Fully stocked kitchen where I prepared our Thanksgiving dinner! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect getaway from DC. Our group of seven had plenty of space to relax - we especially loved the large deck, hot tub, and lakefront. The loft office area and strong wifi were great for those of us teleworking during the week. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and there were multiple stores nearby where we could pick up supplies. Seems like the area would be very busy in the summer but we loved the quiet atmosphere during fall and would definitely return to this house again. (Reviewed on Airbnb)

Beautiful, cozy home for our family of 8 (3 generations). So many amenities included, discovered we brought too many of our own things that were provided. Appreciated Kitchen being well- stocked, and comfortable stylish furniture in 2 sitting areas. We all really enjoyed the large deck areas, fire pit, and dock! Our Only recommendation would be new king and queen mattresses in 3 bedrooms. All of us adults found the mattresses to feel worn and mostly uncomfortable.

I'm happy to hear that the whole family enjoyed, Pam! Because everyone prefers a different mattress, it can be difficult to find a solution that is perfect for each individual guest. It was perfect for our needs, the lay out was excellent, we had a Wonderful time just too short, would like to have Saturday to Saturday stay! We Love Deep Creek!! The dock was great for our pontoon!!

Blue Spruce was absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful and the decor and furnishings were spot on. We had 8 people total, including 6 teenage girls and there was always something to keep us busy.We did have an amazing time. I definitely give this house a 5 plus star rating!!!

We ABSOLUTELY loved the Blue Spruce. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you would ever need. Beautifully decorated . It looked like something from House Beautiful magazine. TV in every room games, puzzles ,books ,and movies . Two fireplaces, and we had both going the snow❄ just added to the beauty. We had two other couples and we all love our bed rooms and the beds were comfy. We will definitely come back next year, hopefully add a few more days. I hated leaving. We hope to go back in the summer and enjoy the lake the fire pit and relax in the hammock and the Adirondack chairs. Thank you for a PERFECT getaway

My family had a fabulous time at the Blue Spruce cabin. There is plenty of space for everyone to have some privacy and still gather together in the great room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. We enjoyed the playing backgammon and chess and relaxing in the hot tub. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend Blue Spruce!

Everything was really nice and clean. The place is beautiful! The only downside is you really cannot see the lake through all of the trees. We would definitely book it again.

It was our first time to DCL and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Blue Spruce is decorated perfectly and its a fabulous place to stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great and the pier was fantastic. If I had to give a suggestion/complaint....I would love better pillows and the tree growth should be cut back around the hot tub.

Just what I needed...relaxing!!

The house layout was very neat. Plenty of room for our seven (7) occupants. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, very nice having a fire pit up by the house and down by the lake. Spent lots of time on the private dock...coffee in the mornings, wine at night and all day fishing. Dinners at the large table and sleeping under the stars at night in the upper bedrooms. My only suggestion for Blue Spruce would be that I think it could use some additional lighting under the cabinets in the kitchen. Other than that, this house was 5 stars in my book!
