Located in Timberlake Village, a tranquil community of Duplex Villas. The community enforces Garrett County's noise ordinance and quiet time from 11pm to 8am as required by TVRU's Licensing Ordinance.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

Stayed for a long weekend. This is an absolutely beautiful home. Very clean and appears professionally decorated. Very spacious and comfortable with a great hot tub. The fireplace wasn't working when we arrived, but Scott came over immediately when we called and fixed it with no problems. Also enjoyed the firepit outside and sitting on the deck watching the deer and nature. It's also very close to all the restaurants. I would only recommend bringing a sleeping mask if you are not an early riser as the upstairs bedrooms are pretty bright by 6AM.

This is a nicely decorated and well maintained unit. It has a great floorplan that provides plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love the opportunity to stay again for our next visit to Deep Creek Lake!

Outstanding!! So clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazingly clean and clear. Our family had the best time. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own bedroom and cozy enough when we we altogether playing games.
