Adventures in Paradise is an exquisite log home among rolling hills and open fields. Whether you are simmering in the outdoor hot tub or catching some rays from the large deck, this home beckons you outdoors. You can even enjoy the beauty of nature from inside the home, thanks to the home’s towering ceilings with windows that run from floor-to-ceiling in the great room. Best of all, Adventures in Paradise boasts an ideal location in central Deep Creek, just seven miles away from Wisp Resort, 2 miles away from the popular Honi Honi bar, and a short walk or drive down to the home’s lake access point. Down at the community lakefront, you’ll find a covered community pavilion, a picnic table, and an over sized sandbox for the kids. The house was awesome. Needs a little TLC but overall a great place to stay. The AC works well! The home has everything you need except for the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. We had an awesome trip and cannot wait to visit Deep Creek again!

Fun family Vacation

Great home for large family. Close to everything! Home was very pretty and the hot tub was a hit! Thank you for hosting our family. Few issues with the home: extremely cold downstairs (we even had to block some vents and buy some small heaters), blinds need replaced as many didn't work or were broken, dryer needs repaired (had to restart it several times for load of clothes to dry), mattress on sleeper sofa needs replaced(badly). Pros: kitchen well stocked!, nice lake access area near home, plenty of outdoor furniture, decks were awesome, home nicely decorated. We would definitely rent this home again!

We enjoy this house year after year. For us its a bit of home away from home. Great community for walks and love its dog friendly. We also love the area its in. We love to rent boats and silver tree and bills is a quick trip down the road to grab the boat and the access area is easy to get to to pick up the family for the day. So conveniently located!

Very nicely laid out house, everyone had their own space, yet lots of room for family to gather on main floor. The huge lawn area was perfect for the children to play all their games and throw a football.

The house appeared to be amazing, but upon a slight inspection I found several concerns that I did not want to be accountable for. I took pictures and created two emails. However, I never received a reply. The home was unbearably cold at night to the point we had to purchase space heaters. The fire places would randomly turn off, even when we set them to On vs auto. The yard and bathrooms were dirty. Hair in the showers and on the toilets. We found a dirty diaper by the fire pit and trash outside the sliding door of one of the bedrooms. I really wanted this to be an amazing stay due to we never travel and it was a celebration for my husbands 40th birthday. We have 2 small kids and with the pandemic it's nerve-wracking to leave them behind.

We apologize for the lack of response to your emails and will be discussing the matter with our team to ensure it is not repeated. If you would like to speak directly with one of our team members, please don’t hesitate to give us a call! We have also relayed your comments regarding cleanliness and the fireplaces to our housekeeping and maintenance personnel. We regret to know that the temperature in the home was not properly regulated during your stay and will inspect the fireplaces to ensure everything is in order for future guests. Further, we are very disappointed to learn of the housekeeping conditions you experienced, which are certainly not to Railey standards. We will be alerting our staff to your comments and showing this home some extra love to return it to tip-top shape. For future visits, please know that we have a policy in place (outlined in your booking confirmation) which encourages guests to contact us within 24 hours of their arrival should any aspect of the housekeeping be found unsatisfactory. This way, we can ensure that the entirety of your stay is comfortable. We regret that we were unable to resolve the housekeeping concerns prior to your departure and hope for the opportunity to remedy your disappointment with a fantastic DCL getaway in the future. Nice place, but showing its age

The beds were comfortable, but the floors creaked so badly that everyone in the basement rooms woke up because of the noise from people walking upstairs. The game room was ok, but the floors have settled making the floor very lopsided. This place is fine for a few days and had a beautiful yard to play in, but everything (aside from the mattresses) was definitely starting to show its age.

The views for this house are amazing! There is a ton of space so you won’t be on top of each other. Being there early April we were able to open the front glass doors and have an amazing breeze all day! The floors creak bad as you walk on main level and you can feel every single step someone takes. Master bedroom mattress was so thin we barely got into bed before checking other beds. Luckily my group wasn’t large so we were able to go upstairs queen mattress were amazing. The interior steps are very steep. If you have any issues with mobility or depth perception I would look at another options. Great location within 2 miles of Deep Creek restaurants like Uno’s and Ace’s.

Two families with elementary aged kids stayed here for a winter getaway and the house was perfect for us. The kids could sled after our daily visits to WISP and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Lots of open space throughout the main and lower floors. Big kitchen and dining room ideal for large family meals.

Beautiful house, plenty of room for a large group

Very nice place, would definitely stay here again. The issues we had were few and mostly minor but will mention them anyway so you are aware and can fix them. The stove hood light was burned out, the shower liners need replaced, and one smoke detector had been removed (basement bedroom nearest the hot tub). The beds and bedding were all very comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, the hot tub was in good working order and clean, the fireplaces heated the house very nicely and kept us comfy even with lows in the 20s and 50 mph winds. Kitchen was fairly well stocked though could use some rubber utensils since a lot of the pans with dark coatings look to have been damaged by previous renters using metal utensils. Fridge was great, dishwasher worked well, pool and foosball were fun as was the XBox; overall we had a very nice time and really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing house, but not very secluded

This house is quite amazing! It is perfectly laid out with every bedroom having their own full bath with a powder room on the main and lower level so noone has to use your restroom. The house floor is creeky, so there is no being quiet to not disturb the others that sleep longer. The only part i didnt personally like it that you cant really tell from the pictures, but there are houses all around this property. While we were their, neighbors across the street kept parking their cars on the street making it hard to get out of the driveway. I like the properties that are more wooded and quiet. Properties that even if you have a neighbor, you cant see them. Although, thats not the houses fault where it was built. This house is gorgeous and checks all the boxes, it just wasnt for us

Adventures in Paradise was a gorgeous home & the perfect getaway house for my family. We are a large family of adults siblings. This provided plenty of common living spaces to hang out together in, as well as allowing everyone to have their own bedroom & private bathroom. No need to squabble over who got the master suite- each room was equally as roomy/nice. We all especially enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and spotting shooting stars from the hot tub!

I cant give this review a low score because it wasnt what we preferred on our deep creek travels. This Impressive house saves the review. When i 1st came across Adventures In Paradise on the website, I was like this is the house for us! It was big enough for our friends trip, looked impressive, and was priced in our range for the dates we were going. The main level floor creeks no matter where or how you walk, so your guests staying on the lower level will be awakened from this. The biggest reason the house was not what we prefer in deepcreek was there are too many neighbors surrounding it. I knew it was open space, but didnt realize their are neighbors all around you, and their really isnt any privacy. We love dealing with Railey, The house is impressive looking, especially with every bedroom having its own private bathroom, it just wasnt for us

I would keep an eye out on the quality and condition of the kitchen utensils and cooking items. The kitchen did not have many items in it, but we made due with what was there. The team at Railey did come right out to the house the first day within a couple hours with some new pots and pans.

We had a great vacation. The home was spacious which allowed our two families to spread out. We enjoyed all the outdoor space. It was isolated yet close enough to enjoy amenities in the area.

Lots of room to spread out and lots of bathrooms. Very important so we could feel safe during COVID. Relaxed by firepit. Used hot tub. Beautiful deck and views. Pleasant short walk to lake. Loved pool table and foosball table.

Adventures in Paradise is hands down the best home we have rented in the Deep Creek Area. Several personal touches throughout the home made this a very enjoyable trip. We had children ranging in ages from 5-16 and they all had plenty of space and activities. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as were the indoor and outdoor seating areas. We look forward to making this our yearly home rental.

We would probably stay on the water next time. The water pressure was very low in the house and the floors very creaky.

During the Summer, some type of blinds or covering for the windows would help with the bright hot sunlight coming through. Also, compared to other houses we have rented in Deep Creek area, this house did not have that "homey" feel. The atmosphere was more like a motel. There was nothing wrong with the house, it just lacked any character.

We loved our time at the house and at the lake. The fire pit was a great place to hang out after a long day of boating. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our extended family vacation.

The big windows made it very hot during the morning time. We were not able to sit in the living room until 1pm. Didn’t matter if the air conditioning was lowered. Blinds or tint would help.
