It was a clean and comfortable stay! Easily a place I would happily return to. If you plan to cook, I do recommend bringing a proper knife, large pan, or other kitchen gadgets you may need depending on the food and portion size you are making. Water spills on the floor when you open the freezer, so have extra paper towels handy! We did need to request the fire pit be cleaned prior to us being able to use it, but Railey is extremely responsive and were quick to help! The neighborhood was quiet, the property was private while still having the comfort of nearby cabins, and it’s less than 10 minutes from the lake! You’ll need 4WD to access the property, but it’s easy to locate. Overall, was a great stay for our group of 5!

We stayed for Fourth of July weekend and the house upon arrival was really clean, which I appreciate as someone who is really picky about cleanliness. The house was stocked with mostly everything you would need, and the updated construction and decor was all really nice. I love that it felt like camping but still having access to all the amenities of a home. Location was great and close to dining and shopping. Overall it’s a wonderful little house with a cabin feel outside. The only thing I would say that wasn’t ideal is the bugs. That’s just me being picky as you’re in the woods and it’s inevitable that there will be bugs. The hot tub water is yellow because of well water but Railey did come out when we asked to have it looked at. We enjoyed our stay and it’s a really cute and cozy home.
