This three-bedroom townhome is located right in the heart of Deep Creek, just across the street from the popular Lakeside Creamery for ice creams and shakes. In the summer, you’ll love being able to walk to this lake hotspot and enjoy a delicious cone at the water’s edge. After you explore the nearby attractions, like the Honi-Honi bar down the street and Trader’s Coffee House, return to Lakeland Views for even more fun. The lower level recreation room was made for fun with plush sectional, smart TV, and pool table and the great room’s expansive size allows for seamless gatherings with family and friends. These spaces will be sure hits!

How is good location. Great layout. Maybe someday the pool table will get put together correctly. Makes for interesting pool game though. Lol

Lovely home, easy to get into. Clean, recently/reasonably renovated to be fairly modern and comfortable, attractive. Nice living space. My teens absolutely loved the pool table in the basement to play together. Plenty of TVs in the house, but we didn't use them because we just had family time and pool table time. Nice, comfortable home.

One bedroom the frame was busted making the bed unusable (we were told a work order is in place for after our departure so shouldn't be an issue going forward) The other two beds were just simply uncomfortable. One room has one of those frame/box spring combos that reacts to every single movement, big or small. Tossed and turned all night and had sore backs in the morning. If you're the type of person that can fall asleep anywhere, you'll be fine but if you require decent quality beds, these won't get the job done. BEYOND THAT however, we really liked everything else about the place. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable in all other aspects. Location is perfect. The view from the deck and the upstairs loft window are both very nice. Wifi worked well the whole time. The fact that the beds are not mentioned in any other reviews would have me think that You, the reader of this, should take your chances and be the Judge, because at the very least you will enjoy all the other aspects of renting this place.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Deep Creek. Centrally located, you can walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream, breakfast, and even boat and Jet Ski rentals. The unit was clean and slept 6 people comfortably.

Title says it all - house was clean and very spacious. Stayed warm in -10 F temperatures (except the basement floor). Would 10/10 stay there again.

Lakeland Views fit our family of four with room to spare. The kids loved having their own floor upstairs, the bean bag chairs, and the tv and games in the basement, and we all appreciated the open main floor where we could be together. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and the house was well stocked. We hope to visit again soon!

The reviews are accurate, the place is VERYCLEAN and that is a big deal to me. The place is also very roomy, we played pool, there are two big t.v.s to watch in the upstairs and downstairs family rooms, the furniture is clean, great shape and comfortable. The best things are being so close, walking distance, to the creamery, the boat rental, fresh donuts, mining company, shops, grocery, restaurants....you can walk to and the lake. We were there for an amazing wedding and did the wisp adventure park coaster and obstacle course (worth it), enjoyed the free indoor pool and the water was warm and part of it had jacuzzi jets. It also had showers so it was great. The house is soundproof from the busy road outside. We even had windows open in the bedrooms and no noise. That said on the deck you have the sun, lake view but you will hear the traffic. It didn't keep us from basking in the beautiful day out there for a few hours. The place is well taken care of. I would stay there again especially cause we liked going across the street and enjoying the fun.

Very comfortable, quiet surroundings and 5 adults were easily accommodated. I definitely recommend this property. Everything we needed to make our stay pleasant was available, from pots and pans, can opener to a vacuum. The owners thought of everything! The view of the lake is awesome. Very nice house with a great view. House was fully stocked with almost everything you need. Accommodations were clean and better than described. And of course the ice cream place and jetski rental across the street was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice townhome to visit, but fair warning, there are 2 flights of steep stairs between the three levels, so if anyone has bad knees or hips, this may not be a good place for them to stay. All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd levels. The kitchen is basic, but will do the job for light cooking. Air conditioning works great. The view across the street to the lake is wonderful. There is no umbrella on the balcony and the sun is quite intense in the mornings (it faces east), but once the sun passes over the townhouse, it's very pleasant to sit out there.

I always enjoy myself when I'm there. We celebrated my boyfriend 50th Birthday with 2 other couples that has never been there before. All they could talk about was coming back. Until next time.

This home was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort! The kitchen was stocked with more than enough dishes, glassware, silverware, etc! It was clean, neat, and well organized. More importantly ... it looks just like the pictures you see (maybe better than the pictures)! First floor is small and just the rec room/pool table. Not super large, but 6 of us easily had room to hang out and enjoy an afternoon. The middle level has a beautiful living/dining/open kitchen area. Perfect for entertaining and having everyone in one space. The deck is small, but seats 6 comfortably and has a beautiful view of the lake. The master suite and bath are on this level and have soooooooo much space! Upstairs you'll find the loft area with a small TV and 2 very cozy bedrooms plus one bath to share. I would most definitely stay in this beautiful home again!

Thank you for inviting us into your Beautiful home. We had a wonderful stay everything was so clean and organized. Our only problem was the TV’s and the spiders. We really couldn’t enjoy the patio because of so many big spiders other then that everything was wonderful we will definitely be returning for another stay.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by spiders, Christopher! Given the area, it is not unusual for some spiders and other bugs to make an occasional appearance, but we do want to make sure that this doesn't become a persistent problem. This unit was so clean and had the best stocked kitchen of any stay I’ve ever had. The best knives, pots, utensils, etc. The location was perfect as it’s close to everything and it has gorgeous lake views!

We had a great time over the labor day weekend. The rental we stayed in was beautiful and so well maintained. it was perfect for our family with brand new games and toys for the children. The game room was fun for adults and children alike. Offering Netflix is a great added bonus. thank you for a wonderful long weekend. We will definitely consider this property again when we come back to the lake.

Stayed at Lakeland Views and it was perfect for our family. It was close to everything and the view of the lake was beautiful, especially in the mornings. The decor and furniture throughout was very tasteful and perfect for the lake! The game room downstairs provided entertainment for the family during down time!
