This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This is an extremely large well built home that was constructed with quality features and fixtures 20+ years ago. It is clear that it was well maintained over the years but has not had recent renovations. It was perfect for our extended family for vacation.

Great house. Perfect for a large group. We enjoyed the large deck, game room, sitting on the dock, and kayaking. Would definitely return.

Living only 50 minutes away we rented this home for a long weekend for myself, my husband and our 3 grown children and their spouses. We could not have asked for a more perfect property to spend quality time with each other. The amenities are perfect along with having the dock with private lake access and the private tennis court and hot tub. This home was perfect in every way. We sincerely appreciated that a home of this quality was available for rent that also allowed us to bring along our beloved fur babies as well. Sincere thanks for sharing your home with us.

This is our first time renting a house in Deep Creek and the experience was so amazing that we are already planning our next trip to be back in Deep Creek. The house had everything we could have wanted from board games to amazing bathrooms to what seemed to be a mile worth of deck space. The house was gorgeous and having a dock to fish off of every morning and swim from in the afternoon was perfect. It is tucked away in a cut out from the lake so there is little to no boat traffic making it extremely relaxing.

This property exceeded my expectations. The house was on the lake, which it didn't really look like in the photos, and had everything you could ask for in the way of amenities. The hot tub was so relaxing after playing pool and ping pong. All the beds that we used were comfortable and the furniture also. Being able to bring our furry friend really added to the vacation. The pet cleaning station was a nice surprise and we defiantly took advantage of it. There were a few minor issues that were taken care of as soon as I reported them, even though we could have gotten by without them being fixed during our stay. I wasn't thrilled with the 4pm check-in time, but the house is so large I get why the extra time is needed for cleaning between guests. We will definitely keep this property on our favorites list for vacation rentals!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It's really larger than it looks in the photos! All of the rooms were well furnished with comfortable beds. The lake is closer than it looks in the photos as well so that was a nice surprise. The kitchen is amazing! It's truly a chefs kitchen with gas burners, grill, griddle, appliances, ice maker, bar, 3 sinks!, utensils for anything you can think of making. The property is pretty private as well, even in the winter when the trees are bare. The game room has everything needed for adults and kids. I would definitely recommend this home and we will keep this in our favorite vacation spot list! The management company is very responsive as well and check in/out is a breeze.
