Pack with a variety of amenities and space for family and friends to come together but still enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. With five bedroom suites (including one perfect for kids), this home is perfect for a multi-family trip or a friends weekends. The various outdoor spaces ensure that you can always soak in the sun and take in the fresh mountain and lake air. Sunbathe on the upper level balcony area, enjoy lunch or dinner on the covered main level deck, relax in the bubbles of the hot tub on the front patio, or roast marshmallows around the fire pit on the lower back patio! Take the short stroll to the lakefront area and enjoy a picnic at the pavilion before hoping on your boat and spending a day on lake! Being perched at the end of Cherry Creek Cove and Rock Lodge Rd, this home is in a prime location to be able to explore and take in all that the area has to offer. Take the boat to the various lakefront restaurants, plan a stop at the creamery, or just venture to the far end of the lake to sunbath and relax. Back at the house, spend evenings in the lower level den area for a movie night and a game of foosball, or hang on the main level shooting pool and feeling the warmth of the two-sided fireplace. Blue Haven was a great house and we would happily stay again. We came in the winter so we didn’t get to enjoy the lake other than the fantastic views from the house and back porches. I’m sure in the summer it would be a wonderful place to stay.

We loved this house. It was large enough that everyone had a place, and we never felt like we had to 'get out of the house'. Half of our crew never left the house. It was cozy and roomy, and made for a restful vacation.

Blue Haven is a wonderful location to get away for a long weekend or more. This property is in a great location for year round activities. For your winter sports, Wisp is about 10 minutes away. Water sports are available right outside the back door with stellar views of the lake and private dock. This house offers ample parking, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious seating and a full game room featuring pool table, air hockey, and fusbol. A great location for adventures on the slopes or on the lake.
