Home is very nice, location is good and Deck and Kitchen remodel is nicely done, however it was very uncomfortable to sleep with high temps.Needs some sort of A/C. Bring fans to sleep.

Well kept house. Very comfortable, and in nice neighborhood. No a/c might have been an issue on hot days. We were fortunate to have cool weather at night, and low 70's during the day. Windows have great screens, so no problem leaving them open for air flow.

We loved staying on this part of the lake. Blue Waters is very close to the dock where the house’s slip is located. On the lake the dock is just across from the yacht club. The tennis courts, basketball courts, indoor pool and soccer field in the neighborhood were very fun and well maintained. I loved walking in the neighborhood as well. It was very quiet and peaceful. The house is inexpensive which was wonderful and comfortable with clean sheets and comfortable couches, but it has not been remodeled and doesn’t have air conditioning. We were there for 2 weeks in late June to early July and it wasn’t too hot for us so we really enjoyed it! Thank you for having us!
