This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The theater is amazing. We loved the kitchen table. Overall the house was nice but the driveway needs grading or some attention.

Great house with everything you need for a nice family vacation. Movie room and lake access were huge hits for the kids. Only complaint was the smoke detector in first bedroom went off several nights in the middle of the night.

The house accommodated our 2 families with children well. The kitchen is small but met our needs as we did mostly breakfast and lunch. The movie theater was a HUGE hit and the kiddos really loved it. Fire pit and pool table were also used daily. The lake access was tricky but once you get there, the dock was beautiful and it’s a nice yard with chairs to sit along and watch family swim and fish. We didn’t rent a boat but it would have been a wonderful spot for one.

The house was very nice. 12 people in our group from ages 7-66, and everyone had plenty of room. The theater room was a major hit. Our family always loves the hot tub, this one was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, including a separate beverage refrigerator. We enjoyed sitting by the private dock on the lake. Would definitely recommend this house

A very nice home, kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as we would have liked (scratched pans, broken wooden spatulas, no clean sponge) and we did not have sufficient toilet paper/paper towels for 14 guests. Other than that, the hosts communicated quickly and the amenities in the house were nice!
