ACCESS DETAILS:
Lake access is located along Piney Point Dr. While this home does not come with dock access, dock slips are available to rent on a first come first serve basis through the Sky Valley Community Association for an additional fee of $25/day. Please note that this association only rents slips to those who privately own their boats. Rental boats are not allowed. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day. View Map to Lake Access Here.

This place is awesome. Plenty of space for all my family, very clean, beautiful wood throughout, hot tub was large enough to comfortably seat five people and we hand a ping pong tournament. Check-in/out was easy, and I had a couple questions that were answered promptly. Quiet neighborhood with great nature views. There aren't any stores in the immediate area but you can get to all the spots in/around Deep Creek within 15-30 minutes. Definitely recommended 👌

Tranquil Timber is a beautiful and spacious place to stay! 6 adult family members were very comfortable. The hot tub was fabulous, the kitchen well lauded out. Spacious wrap around deck and wooded lot made for peace and tranquility. Short drive or longish walk to community swim area was great! Quiet and spacious, loved it!!! Loved having a basement area with bathroom, ping pong and tv. We did not use the fire-pit, as too busy , but seems great! Highly recommend.
