The home desperately needs to be renovated. The carpets are filthy and the water has an awful smell. The fire pit doesn’t work, the front door is hard to open and the water pressure is so low it makes it difficult to wash dishes or shower.
Thanks for your review, Chris. I’m sorry to hear that your stay at Wisp View did not meet expectations. Home renovations are determined by the homeowner, and we’ll be sure to share your comments regarding the areas of the home that you feel need improvement. That being said, our team is happy to attend to any maintenance issues and will take a look at the water pressure to see if there is any room for improvement there. On the topic of water, nearly all of the water in the area is sourced from a well, resulting in a unique taste and smell. While it is entirely safe to drink and use for bathing, dishes, etc., we do understand that some guests would prefer to use an alternate water source, such as bottled water. If you ever have any questions or concerns during your stay, you can always give us a call and we’ll happily send someone to accommodate. The house is spacious, has games for you. Close to the grocery store and gas station. The yard is AMAZING!!!!!

The house is in a great location and has a great yard. Overall the inside could use updating and a whole house water filter to reduce the sulfur smell from the well water. Just having a sense of the inside of the house in advance would have helped.
