Cancelling 31+ Days Prior to Your Arrival Date -

Full Refunds Made Easy: Cancel your reservation 31 days or more before your arrival date, and we’ll provide a full refund of any deposits paid—no penalties attached! Enjoy the freedom to change your plans whenever necessary. 

 

Cancelling 15 - 30 Days Prior to Your Arrival Date -

Life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before your arrival, we’ll retain up to 50% of your total reservation in deposits, but any amount exceeding that will be refunded right back to you. Refunds will be processed efficiently following a quick administrative review—please note that processing times may vary (up to 14 days) due to credit card services or postal delays.

Cancelling Within 14 Days of Your Arrival Date -

Last-Minute Cancellations: We understand that sometimes, plans have to change at the last moment. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, we’ll need to retain the full deposits as no refunds can be issued. We recommend planning ahead whenever possible to take full advantage of our generous refund policy.

Overview of 30-Day Full Refund, Penalty-Free Policy

Effective for reservations booked July 1, 2024 forward. For reservations booked before July 1, 2024, please refer to your signed contract for your policy.

  • If cancelling more than 30 days before your arrival date (31 days or more), a full refund of any deposits paid will be provided, penalty-free, at the time of cancellation.
  • If cancelling more than 14 days, but less than 31 days before your arrival date (15-30 days), RV will keep any deposits paid, up to 50% of the total reservation. Any excess in deposits after 50% of the reservation total has been satisfied, will be refunded, penalty-free. Refunds will be processed once an administrative review has been performed post-cancellation to determine deposits due. Note: additional delays may occur based on credit card processing times (up to 14 days) or postal mail delays.
  • If cancelling 14 days or less before your arrival date (0-14 days), full deposits paid will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

In the event that the rental property reserved by you becomes unavailable during your scheduled reservation period due to circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation in the event the Owner sells or occupies the rental property or otherwise makes the rental property unavailable during your scheduled reservation period), we reserve the right to substitute a reasonably comparable accommodation during your scheduled reservation period in place of such rental property. If a reasonably comparable substitute accommodation is not available during your scheduled reservation period, we will refund the amount of your deposit or prepayment.
