Garrett 250 Birthday Bash: Celebrating America Together

The Garrett 250 Birthday Bash is a countywide celebration marking the 250th anniversary of the United States, held on July 18, 2026, at the Garrett County Fairgrounds. This free community event brings together all of Garrett County's towns to share their unique stories through history exhibits, a History Walk, local performances, interactive displays, genealogy activities, agricultural demos, a car show, artwork, food, and more. The day wraps up with a patriotic concert, veteran honors, and a finale drone show, celebrating the people, places, and moments that shaped both Garrett County and America over the past 250 years.
