"We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin! You've thought of everything we needed- and things we didn't think we needed that were wonderful to have! Our family from Cumberland came to visit for the day, which was very special. We enjoyed seeing the Swallow Falls & Herrington Park and LOVED the pizza's from Brenda's. We hope to be back to enjoy being on the lake and skiing at Wisp! So glad we came to Tucked Inn!"

"Fallen in Love"

"We come to DCL at least once a year, and we almost always pick different houses. We have fallen in love with this house though and if it's within our means we may have found a repeat! So much attention to detail, and the spice rack cabinet was SUCH a pleasant surprise! Made our traditional steak dinner that much better! The living room was so cozy and the hot tub area was simply amazing-we got to watch March Madness while destressing. LOVED the shuffleboard too! Also the cleanest house we've EVER stayed in-we usually clean before we settle in, and every single surface was SPOTLESS! Not a single area was neglected! THANK YOU for an amazing much needed weekend for relaxation!"

We stayed here with 3 families and a dog and had a wonderful time. The home had everything that we needed and was very clean on arrival. Lots of games included in the home and the kitchen had all essentials. We loved that the home was still decorated for Christmas which added to the coziness. The mud room to clean off our pup was such a blessing as we had lots of snowfall during our stay. Lots of wildlife, beautiful trails. overall a beautiful stay. Two recommendations to the property managers: 1. replace the basement mattresses, compared to the rest throughout the home, they are extremely worn and uncomfortable 2. Give the guests more flexibility with the thermostat. We had extremely cold temps during our stay and had to keep turning the thermostat up. It appeared to be on its own pre-set schedule that we couldn't edit and would drop to 60 degrees during the day and keep reverting back to 68 at night. The top floor gets VERY cold so having to continuously check the temp was annoying, but not a deal breaker

"This was our first visit to Deep Creek and your cozy home helped make it memorable! Our family was 6 adults and 3 grandkids and the house was just the right size. We loved the decor and appreciated the Christmas vibe! The fireplaces kept the chill away and the hot tub was a phenomenal way to end the day once the little ones were in bed. Thanks for all the little touches- coffee bar, game room, well stocked kitchen and bear decor! We hope to be back!"

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful! Arriving to find the home decorated for Christmas was the best surprise of all! So many decorations and special touches! House was very clean and welcoming. Had to search for pillows in our room and didn’t have pillow cases for extra pillows. Still a wonderful place for a family visit.

This house is absolutely stunning. We’ve been coming to Deep Creek for over 10yrs and this place by far the best. So close to all the amenities and a perfect setting tucked back in the woods. Thank you Hoffmann and Stevulak family for such a wonderful experience. We will return.

Amazingly beautiful and cozy house. Situated on the end of the road, with only neighbors across and to one side, makes for a very peaceful setting.

Tucked Inn is a wonderful home in a cute neighborhood. When we arrived, the house was beautifully lit with holiday lights making us feel right at home from the outset. Tucked Inn was stocked with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a big hit after skiing, and the hot tub gazebo with outdoor lights and hooks for our towels/robes was a really nice touch. To end our stay, we hiked the community paths and spotted bear tracks in the snow! The kids loved it.

This was our second trip to Deep Creek and we loved it! The house is as it is described and pictured. One thing to note, even though it’s somewhere in the rental agreement, you need to bring your own: foil, plastic wrap, hand soap, dish detergent, paper towels, TP, laundry detergent, any kind of kitchen/counter cleaner and, sponges.

We have been coming to Deep Creek for over 10 years and this is far and away our favorite place so far. The location is great, the house is clean and well appointed, and the hot tub is awesome! The house was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday and we were one of the only people in the neighborhood the week we were there so we enjoyed absolute peace and quiet. Our dog had a great time hiking on the roads and trails in the community. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Tucked Inn. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays and everything was in tip top shape. The hot tub was amazing and there was lots of family games and activities in the rec room. The location is perfect - you feel like you are away from it all but it's a 5-10 minute drive to shops and skiing. There was lots of snow during our stay and the community plows kept everything clear. We've been renting at Deep Creek for almost 10 years now and this is the best place we've stayed!

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST location! We cannot wait to go back for the fall and again in the winter! House has everything you could want, beautifully decorated, so inviting, and so clean! So much thought and detail put into this gorgeous location- you will not be disappointed choosing 353 Basswood Way. (My husband was in awe- and that takes a lot :) ) Counting down the days till we come back for a longer stay!
