We were worried about the cleanliness but when we got there the house neat and clean. The rooms layouts are really nice if you have a big group. Kitchen is also well stocked and basement had great play area probably the best ive been to yet. I would deff go again.

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly Haven. We spent most of our time at the cabin, which was so much fun. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious and clean. The family room was also a great space and the basement was a highlight with all of the activities to do including the pool table, basketball, poker table etc. We were very close to the scenic Swallow Falls State Park where we enjoyed a hike and a great brewery was right down the road.

It had almost everything we needed plus extra supplies like sugar, salt, pepper, which was wonderful. However, several of the beds need updating including the pink beds which were sliding some of our sleepers downward. Also, we recommend taking the 4-5 inch foam topper off of the bed in the master suite on the first floor, which was lovely otherwise. Thorough enjoyed spending time with our children, grandchildren, and sons--in-law in a great woodsy location. The game room in the basement was a hit with everyone.

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly Haven. This was probably the best stocked cabin we have ever stayed in. With all teenage and adult grandchildren and children, we had plenty of space to enjoy without running into one another. There may be some amenity updates needed, but we truly think the place had everything we needed and more. Railey also was so attentive with our wifi problem. We couldn't ask for a better customer service. We will be back!!!!

The cabin itself it beautiful and had amazing amenities. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The downstairs game room was amazing. We loved having a hot tub and fire pit. The managing company needs to do a better job at cleaning. The toilets were filthy when we arrived. The walls throughout are covered in dirt and don’t look like they’ve ever been wiped down. The wall in the kitchen had a leak behind the stove which was growing mold. The property is gorgeous but RV needs to do better with managing the cleanliness between stays.

Stress-free mini vacation. I’ve stayed in quite a few house rentals over the past couple of years through different sites. This house was so well furnished, the kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything you would think of, the house was clean and everything was in working order. Heavenly haven is a beautiful property. However the furniture and washing machine needs to be updated or replace, because they are mostly broken. However we had a wonderful time and will definitely book again

My family and I enjoyed this spacious home and there was ample space for all 14 of us. While we enjoyed our stay overall, I was disappointed with the conditions of the furniture, the upkeep of the home, specifically the walls, and the lower level could use a dehumidifier to reduce the moister and foul smell. I would like to visit this home again, perhaps in the winter, but a lot of the furniture needs to be replaced, and the house could use some paint touch-ups. We loved how close the home was to a local grocery store, Walmart and outdoor activities for the entire family. There were more than enough supplies in the kitchen. I also appreciated the frequent reminders from Railey Vacations and the virtual Check-in/out process was easy. I would recommend this home to others and would return if the above issues are addressed.

Roomy and nice enough but...

A lot of the furniture was broken...beds, sofas, dining chairs. Our bed in theaster bedroom had a foam on top of what was obviously an old mattress and the four-poster was broken. One of the beds upstairs also had a broken stand so one had to sleep lopsided. However, kitchen was pretty well stocked for a family of 12 and we had plenty of room in the house. The passcode they gave us originally didnt work for 3 of the 4 days we rented it, we kept having to call Railey to let us in. Finally, on the third day, someone at Railey changed the passcode and voila, it worked!

Great 6 bed house for our family gathering. Plenty of room, nicely equipped game room, spacious kitchen, ample parking, and convenient outdoor firepit and hot tub. The lot (small usable flat space)and location (next to busy Sang Run Rd) were not ideal, but overall our 6 day stay was enjoyed by all.

Very roomy for our family to gather from different states. Great location. Big kitchen, well stocked. Lots of games- Ping pong, air hockey, basketball hoops, gaming- to play! TV with satellite and great WiFi connection. Dishwasher, washer and dryer a big plus!

We love Deep Creek. This was our second visit and we had a great time together . We probably will come back but to a different house.

Loved the game room and spacious kitchen/dining room. It snowed the night before so did not get a chance to take advantage of the fire pit, hot tub or grill :( But the house had many fun games and comfortable spacious rooms.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to use the fire pit, hot tub, and grill, Tiara! While the snow is gorgeous, it can sometimes force a change of plans. You'll have to come back during the warmer months to make use of every amenity Heavenly Haven has to offer!
