The house was exactly what we wanted and it matched the listing. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities! My only complaint would be the Railey Management Company. They were not flexible or accommodating at all.

The house furniture and decor is a 5, really cool with the swinging couches and beds! Kitchen had everything we needed. It was decorated so fun and plenty of room for 7 of us. I think I would enjoy it more in the fall or summer as I’m not a skier and wished I could have hung out outside more too. But, we enjoyed the fireplace, swinging couches, pool table and monopoly! Some things keeping me from giving it a 5 for overall review: 1) would have helped us to have instructions in the house for things such as: how to access the lake, where to take trash, how to access community pool, operating the hot tub (we struggled to get it to stay hot even though we covered when not in use and finally looked up instructions to troubleshoot on internet). Every rental I have stayed at had such instructions, so it was odd to not have anything. The master bathroom does not have a shower door, so it was very cold to shower in winter. Not enough pillows. The heater was so noisy in the master bedroom even though we turned it down at night. Bring earplugs!

The kitchen counters were dirty. When we ran a towel over them, they were black. There was also dog poop in the front yard as well as bags of dog poop by the garage. Other than that, the house was perfect for our cousin's trip.

Overall, this house was good and we loved the community. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs. The location was far enough that it felt remote and quiet, but still close enough to many of the DCL attractions and restaurants. The dock is within walking distance. Everyone enjoyed the swinging couches for relaxing and afternoon naps. Our kids had fun at the pool (even though the water was a bit chilly) and the fire pit. A couple down sides: the constant motion of the suspended bed in the primary suite was really difficult to adjust to, especially for light sleepers. The front porch has no railing, which is a safety hazard due to the 3+ foot drop to the ground. We also never found the switches for some of the lights in the house.

Great space inside and out. Large front porch, large open spaces inside, very modern kitchen with new appliances, large lit yard with fire pit, hot tub, and covered dining areas, plus dock/slip is a short walk away.

The owners were very nice and accommodating for my bachelor party. The inside was very comfortable and had tons of space and great sleeping arrangements. The yard was laid out great for fires, yard games, and other outdoor activities. Boat doc is a short 5 min walk and was great for our boat rental. Would recommend! Can’t wait to come back!
