Unwind  after a busy day in the steam and bubbles of the hot tub as you take in the mountain air and filtered lake views. ACCESS DETAILS:
This property has lakefront access. Follow the steps and path from the house to the lake access and dock. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

**Due to renovations, the CARC will be closed from March 13th through April 13th. This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

This house needs more time to clean and prepare than you have between renters

Beautiful Home but it needs some TLC

Stayed at the West Wing Dec 22-Dec 27, 2021 and had an amazing time. The home is stunning and the set up was perfect for our family!! The house is loaded with kitchen ware and amenities. However, the house needs some TLC. We arrived during Christmas and there was a fall/Thanksgiving set up on the dining room table. The pumpkins had been there so long that they were rotten and covered with mold. It amazes me that the cleaning crew over looked that. We encountered blood on the sheets on the sofa bed and a blanket smelled awful on one of the other beds. Although, the kitchen was well stocked most of the dishes were put away dirty and the pot holders/mittens were filthy. There's a huge leak in the master bath thats molded and has large falling paint chips. We also arrived to find trash in the garage that consisted of subway and other food items. Overall we had a great time but the home needs some TLC.

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us, and for this reason, we do have a policy in place encouraging guests to contact us within 24 hours of their arrival should any aspect of the cleaning be found unsatisfactory so that we may accommodate right away. For future visits, please don’t hesitate to take advantage of this policy to ensure that the entirety of your stay is comfortable. That said, we have relayed your descriptions to our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure your concerns are addressed ASAP, and to prevent such oversight in the future. The West Wing is amazing and offers a fun stay for any multi-generational family this is the second year in a row we stayed here and my parents and siblings enjoyed the stay. The theater room was amazing and offered all kinds of entertainment. Again my favorite was the music (XM radio) able to be played throughout the house. There were some minor maintenance issues that were passed on for repair, but it did not effect our enjoyment of the home.
