    Any property that has a specific, dedicated place to access the water for swimming or a boat dock (if applicable). The property owner does not own the access area. You may be able to walk to the water or you may need to drive to the area, depending on the particular property. Most Lake Access areas are designated by the community or HOA.
  2. Ski In/Ski Out
    Refers to any home that provides direct access from the house to the slopes of Wisp Resort without driving or crossing a road. The convenience to the slopes in the winter is the best amenity! Some of our homes in the Lake Access and Lake Area categories may also be considered a Ski-In/Ski-Out property.

DESCRIPTION: 
Getaway to this quiet 2 bedroom townhome, located on the side of Wisp Mountain. This home is the perfect option for families trying to get away from their every day responsibilities and recharge. Kick back and watch a movie in the living room or test your skills at pool or poker in the den. This unit also is equipped with a large hot tub to enjoy on your private patio area. In the winter, Villages of Wisp is a ski in/ski out community so bring your snowboards and skis to enjoy a fun day on the slopes.

Lake Access located along Marsh Hill Rd. No Dock Slip.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

The unit with the openness was wonderful and you could see that the owners were making upgrades and working on upgrading the unit. The bathrooms were very clean. However there were areas that were not as clean as we would have liked (better dusting needed). Just about every area around the floorboards had dust and dirt, Outside needs some upgrading, curb appeal and first impression made us nervous upon arrival. This may be part of the upgrades being done. But most important the units stairs and railing are not small dog friendly!

We loved our stay in this unit. It is beautiful, newly decorated, comfortable and immaculately clean. Also, very quiet and peaceful. Great location to explore Deep Creek. I cannot say enough good things about this unit. I highly recommend it for your stay.

The house was immaculate, well-furnished and decorated. Perfect location for both winter, summer and fall getaways with access to the lake and located directly on the slopes. Will return this winter for skiing.

Great place for large families! With a large game room and separate sleeping area, kids stay entertain and out from under their parents feet. The 3 full baths were nice as well. The living area and balconies provided quiet spaces for reading and relaxation. The place was nicely furnished and very clean. Definitely recommend! (Reviewed on Airbnb)

Needs fitted screens to keep flys out!!!, Needs a regular TV that gets cable programs. Needed passwords to operate TVs. Passwords not provided .Bed matresses very uncomfortable. Very warm with no AC. Not very clean.
Ann, we sincerely apologize this trip did not meet your expectations.  After speaking with the owner, we'd like to let you know they are having the window company come out and replace the older screens and have just signed up for whole-house cable, which will be installed as soon as possible. They are also contemplating providing Netflix and Disney+, however the TVs are equipped with streaming capabilities to log into your own streaming services for your convenience. We apologize you felt the mattresses were uncomfortable, this is unfortunately an item that is very much based on preference as to whether you like a firm/soft mattress and so is hard to appeal to with every renter  - if you'd like to reach out to us with more information on the way in which the mattresses were uncomfortable, we'd be happy to discuss changes with the owner as well. We know not having A/C in the summer months can be a deal-breaker for some, which is why we take great care to advertise this throughout the process to avoid surprises and dissatisfaction. The owner is anticipating adding A/C to the home next Spring and I'm sure you will find it much more to your liking should you plan to visit again in the future.
